My wife and I are extremely pleased with Liberty Taxes because they have taken very good care of us through the last few years because we have had H&R stinks. They don’t know what they’re doing. Since coming to Liberty Taxes we have been treated extremely well by Laurie the manager and also Shawn Lynch l. These people are awesome now this is a personal joke. I’m going to say this out of fun so don’t take it serious Lori, we are talking about and so will Shawn Lori used to be our favorite tax preparer has been Shawn, he even gave us an extra discount LOL! Shawn is number one and Lori is number two lol! Seriously now with all kidding around put aside both of these people are fantastic and super awesome. As of veteran, they have given us a veterans discount but what is the most is they’re not there to make money they are there to do the taxes right but also whatever they can do to help us they will do it. I’ll give you a good example my wife is on disability and we have been waiting for Social Security to send the 1099 to us including the federal government because I am a veteran because we moved from Milford to Ashland back in October of last year. My wife kept calling Social Security got no answer kept promising for everything and didn’t come through so I decided to call Liberty Taxes and we got Shawn, so he said the local office which we did and Framingham they got us her 1099 in three days well that means a lot to my wife and I. We won’t go anywhere else, but Liberty Taxes, even though we live in Ashland now we will go to Liberty to get our taxes done because both these individuals treat us the way they want to be treated. not only that, but with the tax loss changing Shawn was telling us today that we could end up owing next year so he made a suggestion to contact my HR and have them take a little bit extra money out so we won’t owe anything that was a great idea and that he gave us a copy of the W-4 in the also highlighted where we need to make the change to have them take out extra money on my payroll. That means a lot so if you’re looking for someone to do your taxes right and also have someone take care of you that has your interest in they’re mind we highly recommend that you go to Liberty Taxes we’re not gonna go anywhere else that’s for sure. Shawn is our tax preparer there now it used to be Lori but now it’s not she’s number two lol! I would like to add one more thing Laurie, who is the manager is super fantastic. She knows her stuff, and she really cares about everyone that walks through that door. She is a dynamite. she will do whatever she can to help you out as a person and I know that Lori sets the tone for Liberty Taxes. I like Shawn because he’s Irish lol again I like to get around these two people will know that! we honestly can’t say enough about these two people they’re dynamite and we will stay and if you go to them, you won’t regret it.
