Horrible customer service at this place. I was walking into the door a minute before they were closing and they shut the lights off and lock the door so I couldn’t come in. I had been coming to the store for several years, in fact since they opened at the Milford location. I have bought over 2 dozen batteries from here and I was in dire need of a battery. That’s the way they do business at this establishment. Long story short? I went to O’Reillys and bought my battery and had much better customer service there. Not only that they’re open later in the evening and they’re open on the weekends which this place is not. I highly recommend not using this place.

What more can I say than having Jake install a new battery in my vehicle was without question the most outstanding service experience I have ever had. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and FAST! He had me back running and with great confidence in 20 minutes even while working outside in thirty degree weather. Absolutely Outstanding!!!!!

Stopped in as our Lincoln MKX battery was done, very friendly gentleman was very helpful but they could not install it as its tucked under the hood at dash. Very honest and said it was too involved which I agreed it was. I will in the future with other vehicle get my battery here.

I'm going to start off by saying that this location is supposed to be a retail shop, but their business hours are 8AM to 4PM, Weekdays only. I left work early today because I was planning on swinging by on my way home so that I could pick up a 12V, sealed lead acid battery to replace a dead battery in a computer UPS (uninterruptible power supply). I arrived about 3:45 and the door was locked. An employee came to the door to tell me that they were closed because of the need to do end-of-the-month inventory and bookkeeping. Okay, I understand that, but shouldn't you do that after your posted closing time? Anyway, the employee suggested that I could visit their Auburn location tomorrow. Their Saturday hours are 9AM to noon. Well, that's not very convenient, especially since Auburn is about a 40 minute drive for me. It would be one thing if I had other business in the area, but... Looks like I'll either have to go to Batteries+Bulbs in Marlboro to get what I need or see if I can order one online. God, I miss RadioShack. Anyway, my friends, this is a great example of how not to run a retail business.

Excellent, thorough service! The gentleman (didn't catch his name) working with my car was knowledgeable, expeditious and concerned for our safety during this dang pandemic! Highly recommend this location in Milford.

Arrived at the Interstate store to replace my battery on a freezing January morning. The employee was nice enough to let me borrow a memory saver as well as a battery holder for me to easily change it myself in the parking lot. The total price came out to $25 less than what the local auto part stores charge for the exact same battery.

If you need any kind of battery, this is the place to go. They have the right battery you need in stock and the staff, Jacob in particular, is knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. Will be buying my batteries here in the future. The best battery and the right battery in stock.
