There very highly incompetent people that don't know what they're doing. The only thing that they're interested in is making a buck and that is making a profit. The prices are overrated. They charge way too much since leaving them. I found myself getting it done better somewhere else and I get a lot more back on my taxes. I was with them for a long time and they don't even give you veteran discounts. Like I said, they're only interested in making a dollar not about people so my recommendation is you stay away from all H&R blocks horrible all they see is dollar signs! Don't waste your time with them get yourself another tax preparer deceased people suck!

Kathy was easy to speak with. She explained everything clearly. I had begun filing with a friend who is a CPA. According to my friend, I owed a considerable sum to the IRA. Kathy easily corrected my friend's mistakes, and I am now getting a substantial refund.
