Horrible place , I have been going there for few years and nothing has changed since its The gym not gold gym anymore . The equipments are very old and always there is one or more machines broken . You can’t really exercise because it’s always crowded and people tend to reserve a chair and go to other place and come back again .Beside that their Maintaince fee is 40 dollar for their “new “ equipment or other courses that are only in the mornings where everyone is at work .If you want to cancel you need to cancel one month before what’s totally fine but they will take your Maintaince fee 40$ even tho you are leaving . Apparently they are charging this fee in April for the next year . This means I paid 40$ from April ‘23 until April ‘24 then I did cancel in April my membership and I still have to pay for their old equipment from April ‘24 until April ‘25 even tho I am done with them

All is great, except it is crowded at certain times of the day. I love the “women only” area and sauna. The locker room is designed properly, compared to that of other gyms.

I got a week pass here while visiting my girlfriend’s family in the area. Much cheaper pass than franchise gyms like Planet Fitness, and they have all the equipment I needed.Even better, the people here are so nice. The staff is friendly and helpful and so are the regulars. I only started working out a few months ago, so I tend to feel self conscious and uncomfortable in gyms. But I felt so at ease here! I especially want to shout out Richie. I don’t know if he’s staff or a regular, but he is so friendly and welcoming to everyone. He greeted me and pulled me into conversation with him and another gym goer, and every time I saw him he gave a smile. He greets EVERYONE and is always willing to spot. People like him make the vibe here so good! Truly a role model for me, both in fitness and in heart.I look forward to coming back next time I visit town! If I lived here, this would be my regular gym.

The GYM has absolutely everything you need to take yourself to the next level. The GM, Sarah, will stop on a dime for your immediate needs and runs a solid well-kept environment for all - whether you're a novice or a long-time-goer like me, there's nothing else in the area that compares!

Place is falling apart, sauna has been broken for months and finally just completely gave out. Machines are broken, caution tape everywhere. Management has really stopped even trying to look like they care to keep this place running.Update: Just had a brand new nice hoodie stolen out of the locker room. Not only is the equipment garbage but the crowd has gone from the nicest people around to complete low lives and the owners of this gym could not care less.

My main gripe is this place is too good so it gets busy. That and they only have 1 quad machine and the music is occasionally pop hits that make my b hole pucker something fierce and not in a good way.Im removing a star because your cable handles seem older than my grandmother and really could use a refresh. Also can you stock a can of wd40 somewhere for people to use?

There are way too many teenie boppers. They just stand around equipment, not use it, and just treat the place like a coffee shop. Half of the time, you won't be able to get on a piece of equipment that you need within your workout time due to these low lives.

You shouldn’t have to be 18-21 to get the student discount. It also shouldn’t only be for 3 months of the year… students do commute as well and probably need access to the gym most~ during class time.

I'm not an avid gym person, but this place is established, yet small enough where it doesn't feel overwhelming to go to. Plusses include a dry sauna, women's only exercise area, and being open 24 hrs. I see some reviews that state the quality of the gym has gone down since they decided to stay open 24 hrs, but that's actually been a plus for me since my work schedule doesn't permit "usual" business hours.I've opted to go month-to-month for membership a few months ago. I started with their highest tier, which allowed me to attend any and all classes that they offer, free monthly body scans, and personal trainer sessions (I opted for meeting with my trainer once a week). I reached out to management about changing my plan since my work schedule has changed quite a bit. I like that they offer "freezing" options so that you don't have to totally change your membership. It seems like the base tier for a month-to-month membership is $29/month, and this is what I opted for temporarily until my work schedule stabilizes again. Considering that I had a positive experience with management, have access to the facility 24 hrs, and can support a local business, I think this pricing is totally reasonable.I'm usually there during non-typical business hours so I can't attest to their smoothie bar or other employees. Overall, I would recommend folks to at least TRY this place out. I've found this to be a better option than places like Planet Fitness for my style of exercise.

I have been going here for years, and the staff have played a big part in my journey to better health. It’s a great atmosphere and the focus is on helping you get and stay healthy.I have worked primarily with Imrana for personal training. She is excellent. I have also worked with Michelle and Sarah. All three have set the bar high (pun intended!) for personal trainers.I have not taken classes, but have been very happy with the equipment, and the availability of a womens section and functional exercise area.Thankfully I have not had to use the on-premise physical therapy (forgot the name of it), but have heard very good feedback about their services. After seeing one of the negative reviews that mentions management, I want to say that I have received awesome support from the staff and management. They have gone far beyond what I’ve experienced at other local gyms. Oh and the shakes are great, too!

What kind of gym doesn't staff the place after 2pm during the week? Stopped by at 4 pm to get a barcode after signing up and find out no one is there during normal business hours. I canceled membership before I even got to use it. Should have read the reviews before signing up.

Love the early morning classes that fit my schedule. The monthly cost for a basic membership that includes the classes and great instructors can't be beat.

Honestly this place used to be great until..They went to 24 hours and maintenance went way down hill. Good luck using the sauna- the benches have been broken for at least a month and a half with a sign that states “ will be fixed timing TBD”. This is not the first time they’ve delayed getting the benches fixed. Locker room is full of broken lockers and usually is a mess - floors are nasty. They did away with babysitting after Covid and are always short staffed. The manager is rude and indifferent to recommendations to correct things. Just save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere

Been a member almost a yr and finding the equipment like treadmills are getting pretty beat up. Some very noisy, out of balance, and wobble around when using. Alot of rust showing on some. For the dues and yearly bump we pay should be better maintained

Great enviornment, more equipment than I could ever wish for, and without paying for all the fluff that I never use at a gym.
