I forgot to close my 5 years membership account (they deducted $19.99 unlimited monthly) (I lost $39.98 for 2 months) since 2 months ago, I traded my old vehicle with their windshield membership sticker to my new vehicle. I called Golden Nozzle headquarter in Springfield, Mass but no answer so I drove to Milford, Mass and I can’t find the office but the paper on the door says Go see attendance in the car wash entrance and I drove into the tunnel. I explained 2 guys about closing my membership account, like I said above. We had no problem at all but nauseating, they had to charge me $10.00 for single car wash because of my new vehicle in the tunnel. Seriously? I thought that they dismissed me to go ahead thru the tunnel for ‘The Wash’ since Golden Nozzle did deducted $19.99 monthly from my debit card. I won’t ever go back again. Nah. I am sticking with Fitzy’s Car Wash in North Grafton, Mass is the best!

I recently visited Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Milford, MA, and my experience was incredibly poor. When I arrived, an employee scanned the old sticker on my car. I explained to him that the sticker was old because I used to have the monthly subscription with this same location, and I needed to pay for a wash. He suggested I upgrade back to a subscription, mentioning a new deal, and I agreed.
As I rolled up to enter the car wash, the employee gave me a new sticker for my car. The manager came out because they were having a hard time with the machine while charging me. The manager asked the employee why they charged me for the new sticker.
The employee mistakenly told him I said my sticker was from another company, which I never said. The manager then began to yell at me, accusing me of lying and claiming he had seen me there “a million” times before. Yes, I’ve been to this car wash sporadically over the last few years and have had previously good experiences. However, this time, the manager’s behavior was shocking and incredibly unprofessional. His hands were in my face while he was yelling at me.
Despite my attempt to clarify that I only said I had an old sticker because I had stopped the subscription previously, the manager's aggressive behavior left me speechless. Additionally, it was apparent that I was being charged for the second sticker, making the accusation of lying even more baffling. Why would I lie and want to be charged for another sticker? Not to mention, the stickers looked identical, with “Golden Nozzle Car Wash” clearly stated on both. When I explained myself, he reached into my car and ripped off the old sticker without saying a word to me. I never received an apology.
I'm disappointed with the experience and the lack of professional customer service I encountered during this visit. It is incredibly unprofessional for the manager to speak to a customer in such a manner, regardless of any misunderstanding or his personal frustrations.

I had a problem with my bill and had to deal the manager, Tyrone. I was so impressed with him. He called me right back the next day, and was extremely nice and very helpful…..I honestly could not believe it….???

The manager Tyrone really is great. I’d spent way too long between washes and was disappointed to learn the pressure washers had been removed because I’d planned to spray down before going through. Tyrone was kind enough to go heavy on the pre-rinse for me which I really appreciate. I know he didn’t have to but he did it anyway. It would be great to see the pressure washers back if possible. It’s a shame to see something else ruined for everyone by a few. Anyway, it was a good experience despite my disappointment because Tyrone went above and beyond. It’s pretty clear why so many cars come through every day. Thank you.

Our carwash and free vacs is definitely 1 of tge BEST. Our vacs are back on and working better than ever. If everyone can please read the signs in front of the vacs and follow the rules we can all enjoy tge great services. Thank you all we have tge best customers.
