As always Frank's Appliance was very helpful when I stopped in to check out a washer and dryer set. They made the process simple and pleasant. I purchased a quality washer dryer set for a GREAT price and was in and out in 30 minutes!! Thank you Frank's!!

First time to Franks Appliance as I had heard good things about them. My wife and I bought all new highend Bosch, Asko, and Thermador appliances. After we left the store I noticed the fridge we had discussed was never added to the invoice so I had to call them to add the fridge so it would arrive with the other appliances. Day one of delivery the fridge door is dented, they took the old microwave they were suppose to leave, and after having the dishwasher installed we were missing certain features that we were sold on only to find we were given the wrong and cheaper machine. If we hadn’t raised we would have been stuck with the wrong unit. Now the dishwasher has to be removed and replaced after paying to have it installed and I have to wait on a new fridge door. I was always told not to buy appliances from big box stores for a better experience?! If I have to deal with this level of problems I’ll buy from the box stores and save some money!

Put in a warranty claim for a broken part and was told a tech would come out to repair the appliance.
A month went by and had heard nothing, I called 3 times and was told someone would get back to me.
When I called a 4th time, they didnt even know anything was supposed to be ordered.
Sales rep then proceeded to hang up on me.
Take your money somewhere else.

Have purchased a microwave, washer and dryer from Frank's Appliance ; very satisfied with the excellent customer service provided by Stephan, Chris and Josh . They were very patient with my many questions and changes during the purchasing process!

I discovered this morning that my freezer was no longer working and they got someone out to my home within 2 hours. Turned out I needed a new fridge and I went to Frank’s to see what they had on site. Two hours after that, my new fridge is installed in my house! Excellent service!

Great experience with Frank's Appliance. I've used them for over 25 years. Not to pushy and they have many items to choose from. They have their own delivery service and they set up the Refrigerator for me. So much better buying from a smaller outfit than the
bigger ones with all the extra charges and nothing in stock or available quickly.

Got a new dishwasher and fridge from Frank's. They have exceptional service, great prices & quality Maytag appliances. I recommend buying from here over any big box store you'll get better service & quality while supporting a local business it's a win win.

I called this morning to try and schedule my dryer to be fixed—it wasn’t drying. They had a cancellation and came out only a few hours later. I highly recommend Jeff, the technician who came to my house. He was so polite and got along really well with my dogs. He knew exactly what was wrong after diagnostic testing (fried heating element), changed it out and now it works perfectly like the day I bought it. He also vacuumed the housing area (who knew it could get that gross!) I was very happy with my experience!

Been a repeat customer for a few years now! Called yesterday in a panic because our washer broke and needed a new one. We groom dogs and wash A LOT of towels. They had one delivered next day . The delivery drivers made things so easy! Super friendly and helpful.

Honestly, this was the best experience I could have asked for. I needed a new dryer. They were clear about which one made the most sense for my needs and suggested - with no pressure whatsoever - that I also add the washing machine knowing mine was already 13 years old. I purchased the dryer as planned, was in and out of there in 15 minutes (!). After thinking about it overnight, I called back and added the washing machine to the order. Both were delivered and installed the next day by the NICEST delivery people I've ever dealt with. Now I'm submitting the Massave rebates with all the info they provided before I left the store. #winning

Franks’s sent a service repair expert to my house within the hour. The other store in Wellesley said the next appointment was in 3 weeks, and it was $50 more for the repair call. The technician from Frank’s fixed the freezer part of my fridge very quickly. He was very thorough, polite, and he explained the problem, and future care in a thoughtful and easy to understand way. I will continue to purchase any appliances when needed from Frank’s.
