I purchased a used jeep the beginning of July. They promised to swap out a bald tire, but instead gave me four new tires! About a month after I noticed my windshield wiper fluid would not dispense. I gave them a call and they repaired the windshield wiper fluid line. Very kind staff and salesmen. Junior and Humberto are phenomenal.

We bought a 2022 Toyota Camry with 38k. Since we left the dealership, the car has been acting up with all the lights on the dashboard coming on. I sent my car to Fafama three times and twice to Toyota, but the car still has the same defect. Now, we have been told that they will not fix the problem, which has existed since purchase, because the warranty has expired. The last time I went to the dealership, Julia informed me that she would call me to send the car to Toyota again for repairs, because it was under warranty from the last repair done at Toyota. And now, this is no longer possible because the warranty has expired. Terrible company, salespeople with no communication, emails never answered, managers running away from you. If you want a bad experience, buy your car at FAFAMA. The problem with the car has been the same since purchase; the company sells cars with problems and avoids responsibility, pushing with its belly until the warranty runs out, so they don't have to do anything else. I repeat, terrible company.

The car I bought here turned out to be such a reliable vehicle that I kept her as a business asset after recently buying a new car.
They lost 2 stars because my salesman Pedro had A LOT to say about Bruno. Pedro had forgotten to get the title to the car I traded in and did not hold back in sharing the personal and business indiscretions when he came to get the title. I will not share what he shared because it’s not relevant to my car buying experience or yours. It does sound like Bruno took accountability for his personal matter and found grace through God…that’s more than many people can say for themselves and we all make mistakes in life.
The car buying experience was relatively quick, a tiny bit untrustworthy, and Pedro did quit his job shortly after selling me the vehicle and ranting about his boss.
The car itself…years later I still love the car I bought from them. It is a car I’ve used for personal and business use. Aside from needing to replace the muffler because of rust (a common Nissan and New England issue), she only needed regular maintenance.

I worked with Humberto to buy a 2015 Explorer. Process was easy, as I had already done my homework before going in. Dealership is busy, so just be prepared. Humberto was helpful, friendly, and honest. Process was pressure less. Even took my trade in, which was pretty near worthless. The vehicle is clean and has treated me well so far. Would have given 5 stars, but there’s a few small mechanical things with the vehicle that, while do not detract from the excellent shape of the vehicle, seem like they could have been addressed before I got in it. Overall though, quality vehicle and thankful for their help!
