I went today @ 4 to pick up several prescriptions.
The young lady that was checking me out at the pharmacy kept checking her phone! As she was asking me my name , birthday etc…. Kept checking her text!!!
Then as I was paying , right in the middle of that transaction, picked up her phone and was reading and texting !!! Omg I was so angry.
Your employees should not be on their phones….. what is wrong with management??????

Was going to ask someone at the pharmacy where to find masks and saw an employee in the pharmacy open mouth cough with the worst phlemy noise, no mask or even an elbow in sight. Turned right around to find them myself, because that seems very irresponsible. Why do you have employees in the pharmacy coming in sick, and not even trying to stop transmission of disease.

First time going to this pharmacy I called first to check on my prescription. I called four times waiting 40 minutes each with no answer. I had to call my provider to reach out this people. When I finally there to pick up prescription I mentioned to the cashier she asked the pharmacist about me calling and nobody answered he had the nerve to answer it’s not many people to answer the phone and if I really want to speak with them I should call my provider. WHAT? This makes NO sense. Three people working and nobody answered the phone?! Unbelievable cvs is one of the worst pharmacy, unfortunately for me my insurance doesn’t cover Walgreens anymore now I’m stuck with this circus.

i have currently been on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pick up for 30 minutes. tried to call back a second time and still the pharmacy doesn't answer their phone. I don't understand how this could even be allowed. i will be switching to Walgreens which not only answers their phones but cares about their customers. so irritated! I live in Milford and this pharmacy keeps getting worse.

They received a prescription for an antibiotic at 4 pm on Friday. They prescribed an antibiotic because of an infection in the eye I came in the next day at 2 when they opened since I hadn’t received a notification that it was ready and they still hadn’t gotten it ready.

I ended up getting very sick very quickly and the on call doctor called in 2 prescriptions for me at CVS "24" on South Main Street in Milford MA (store #2254). She called this pharmacy because I needed my medication right away as I was in a lot of pain and this was the only 24 hour pharmacy in this area. Well when I arrived around 9:15pm to the 24 Hour CVS Pharmacy, the drive thru was closed and had a sign in the window listing new hours and that they now close anywhere between 6pm - 8pm. I was furious!! How dare a pharmacy advertise that they are open 24 hours a day just to draw in customers that desperately need their medication only to have a closed sign in the window when they got there!! Before I went to pick up my medication, I checked their web site and EVERYTHING said the pharmacy was open 24 hours! I have attached screenshots of their claim to be open 24 hours and that they were open "Now". I made sure the date/time showed in the bottom right hand corner of the screenshots. So now I have no medication to start taking which includes the pain meds that I desperately need. Now I have to go back there again tomorrow morning and hopefully everything will be ready. (Although reading the other reviews, it's not looking so good.) It is outrageous that they are allowed to change their hours without any notification anywhere except on their drive thru window. There are several places on their web site that claims open 24 hours. It's ok to continue to advertise lie? I feel very sorry for everyone leaving the emergency room in Milford or anywhere for that matter, with a prescription they desperately need filled just to find out they can't get it because CVS Store #2254 on South Main Street in Milford MA are closed!

Horrible experience!! Pharmacist is prejudice against disabled people. I have to go in there every week for my pain relievers and every week he will fill one thing and make me come back cuz he won't open the lock box till after lunch. I can barely walk and I'm in a lot of pain. This man has no compassion and he's discriminating against disabled people. Eric Hunt takes pleasure in making life worse than it already is.
