I'm giving the pharmacy staff 5 ? Nate was very helpful and very caring with a bad situation I was having with my insurance. I was amazed at how hard he was working trying to help me sort out a very complicated problem. Every time I'm in there they take great care of me.

All I can say is the TRUTH!! Everyone at this pharmacy cares and goes far out of there way to Help Help You with anything!! Nate,Pam all the wonderful Ladies! This is an extremely busy pharmacy I have finally found compassionate caring Very Busy people to always have a smile Really care about you!!!! BEST BEST CVS:)

The CVS pharmacy chain is altogether the WORST these days. Nobody will ever pick up the pharmacy phone, and all calls go to voicemail BY DESIGN. I received a message that my prescription was out of stock and called back to have it transferred as I needed it immediately. Nobody called me back, nobody answered the phone so I had to DRIVE to the store to get it transferred to another store!!! What a waste of time - will not be using CVS anymore as my pharmacy. Goodbye

Worst CVS pharmacy. Avoid this store! The line at the checkout was huge and I just wanted to pass my products to an attendant because I had coupons in my CVS Extra Care, the attendant ran away from me and didn't help me. This is absurd, I have been a CVS customer for years and I have never been treated this way. Disappointed!

Worst pharmacy I've ever used. Go anywhere else if possible. They strive to excel at incompetence. CVS should use this store as an example of what not to do.

Awesome.
A 24 store with everything from cough drops to regular groceries, plus self checkout kiosks. Only downside is in store music sucked.

This locations phatmacy is horrible. Always huge lines, never enough staff, and there's always a problem. Even just dropping off an empty bottle for refill will take you 10 minutes sanding in an empty drop-off line.... Then they tell you it will be 2 hours to fill. I'm not writing this review because of one bad visit....It's every single time I have to go here.

Worst pharmacy EVER. They are the rudest, most unprofessional pharmacy techs I've EVER dealt with. They. Don't. Care. You are a number. The PERSON actually taking the medications doesn't exist to them. If the meds aren't there.... Oh well ? and forget trying to call. I got so frustrated one time I actually WALKED IN JUST TO FIND OUT THE COST OF MY 7 YEAR OLD'S ANTIBIOTICS!! And!!!! given incorrect information for the FOURTH TIME. They are cold, untrained, and beyond judgemental. If you don't need a 24 pharmacy, go to the CVS on medway rd. They treat you like a human being. And they do their job instead of making you do theirs.

Zero stars!!! The pharmacy will not answer the phone. The staff is not helpful. They should not be allowed to accept prescriptions if they cant handle it. Horrible management. I am calling on CVS Corporate to do something about this horrible useless store. I will never step foot in this place again. Disgusting!

I shouldn’t even give them a star but that’s the only way I could write a review. Pharmacy techs are extremely rude and one of my prescriptions is always out of stock. It’s something I have to use every 2 weeks and they keep changing its availability. I have been told that “I am lucky they found one for me”! What is that to say to a patient. When I sent my son to pick it up 9 hrs later(though it was promised to be ready in an hr) it still was not ready. Talked to the store manager and she showed it was ready. Sent my other son to pick it up later tonight and they said there was no prescription under my name. Cluster mess! Also, You would think somebody would review upcoming orders and figure out how many prescriptions they need to fill so they never run out. Inventory?People just don’t care anymore and unfortunately patients suffer.

This CVS deserves zero stars and should be shut down! Terrible service and the pharmacy obviously do not care about their customers or patients. I’ve had numerous experiences that just reinforce how terrible this location is.On a professional note I am a nurse and whenever I need to call prescriptions in for my patients the pharmacists and techs are always very rude and give us a hard time saying they don’t have time for us. When I try to call in verbal prescriptions they say it is illegal and they often will put me on hold to “see what they can do” and then never come back to the call. I’ve been a nurse over 10 years and call in prescriptions all the time without issue. Any other cvs will take verbal orders and never give us a hard time.On a personal note I’ve had issues as well! I needed to get a vaccine and I’ve had 3 appointments and everytime I show up they have been unable to give it to me for different reasons. One time they said they were too busy, the next time they didn’t have the vaccine available and the most recent time when I showed up for my appointment the doors were closed. I tried calling and waited on hold for ever. Standing outside the door for 15 minutes I could see workers walking around and finally someone came over and just kept shaking her head no but wouldn’t tell me why I couldn’t come in. No sign on the door or anything, they just weren’t letting customers in. These were SCHEDULED vaccines not even walk ins.The pharmacy is absolutely terrible and should be shut down for malpractice. Patients being left without medications is unacceptable and the attitude of the staff there is atrocious. I will never personally use this pharmacy and wish my patients would stay away as well!

If you don't have customers on the outside of the counter, then the people on the inside of the counter wont have a job. The people working in the store refuse to answer the phone because they are too busy and say that they are short handed. If they don't pay attention to the customers calling, those customers will go to another pharmacy instead. Instead of taking their frustrations out on the customer, perhaps they should speak to their manager about staffing. Of perhaps their management team needs to remind them that medication can be life or death for a lot of people that require their services. I would recommend that anyone who needs immediate attention, not use this location as their primary provider until they get there act together.
