I ended up getting very sick very quickly and the on call doctor called in 2 prescriptions for me at CVS "24" on South Main Street in Milford MA (store #2254). She called this pharmacy because I needed my medication right away as I was in a lot of pain and this was the only 24 hour pharmacy in this area. Well when I arrived around 9:15pm to the 24 Hour CVS Pharmacy, the drive thru was closed and had a sign in the window listing new hours and that they now close anywhere between 6pm - 8pm. I was furious!! How dare a pharmacy advertise that they are open 24 hours a day just to draw in customers that desperately need their medication only to have a closed sign in the window when they got there!! Before I went to pick up my medication, I checked their web site and EVERYTHING said the pharmacy was open 24 hours! I have attached screenshots of their claim to be open 24 hours and that they were open "Now". I made sure the date/time showed in the bottom right hand corner of the screenshots.So now I have no medication to start taking which includes the pain meds that I desperately need. Now I have to go back there again tomorrow morning and hopefully everything will be ready. (Although reading the other reviews, it's not looking so good.) It is outrageous that they are allowed to change their hours without any notification anywhere except on their drive thru window. There are several places on their web site that claims open 24 hours. It's ok to continue to advertise lie? I feel very sorry for everyone leaving the emergency room in Milford or anywhere for that matter, with a prescription they desperately need filled just to find out they can't get it because CVS Store #2254 on South Main Street in Milford MA are closed!

They're extremely rude, sarcastic, and slow as hell. Unclear why they work there if they dislike their job that much. I haven't had a single prescription be ready on time in over a year. I call in for refills, never ready when I go to pick them up. I tell them their computer system said it would be ready by this day/time. They tell me that their refill system doesn't work and I should call corporate and complain. I've tried to call the pharmacy and speak to someone directly, but no one everypicks up. No matter when I go, days after my Dr called in the prescriptions, Im always guaranteed to wait 20-30 minutes to get my medication. If I had the power to fire everyone who works there, I would.

Visited again today at 2:15 PM I had only ONE car in front of me at the window. The customer was passing her cell phone into the window. Back and fourth. Well, I thought I was in luck, one person in front of me!Thirty-four minutes later, I was next. As usual, my transaction took longer than necessary. I am handicapped, generally (HAD) friends, my kids, pick up prescriptions twice a month. My kids and friends are fed up with this place. Won't go there anymore for meWHY WHY WHY Does CVS allow total management incompetence here? Why? Look at the reviews here. All bad. Poor. Very poorThe employees are all rude. They know service is slow (VERY SLOW) I think they're proud of being slow. Eventually after more and more customers leave and/or a Walgreen's opens across the street, they might fix this. That is manage it down to a volume the employees can handleNormally a very busy business is a "good problem" This CVS will never thrive with current management, not only at store level, but many levels aboveOligopolies like CVS/Walgreens test competitive American economics. At the end of the day, two years later, I am leaving. Had I known how absolutely difficult this place is to deal with, I would have left long ago

Prescription was ready quicker than expected and it was a great help. I know it was busy too but the pharmacist got it ready sooner

They are rude and rushed and never have anything ready,do they need more staff?Tried to get help from a new younger man about my $450 inhaler. Born with asthma need to to live.Said he couldn't help me was loud and RUDE!

This location does not deserve even 1 star. They are rude & clueless. Trying to get a prescription filled here is awful. The pharmacist asked me very loudly WHY my medication was prescribed in 2 different strengths, over the loud speaker, like she was put out about it. Hepa law violation anyone? Very insensitive! Duh, can't you Fill as written & VERBALLY confirmed by me, B4 I got there? Unprofessional business practices. Obviously very little over sight with these minions.

I have been using this CVS for the past 5 years and have NEVER EVER had an issue. They are the most HELPFUL, KINDEST and caring staff you can find. They Go ABOVE and BEYOND when necessary...I see other reviews complaining about times and delays..... They are a busy store but are as efficient as they possibly can be. Trust me..... this is the Pharmacy you want to try/use. Every store will be busy at times but they are worth the wait if needed. The Pharmacy has top notch Pharmacists and staff. I wouldn't let the other review sway you. I moved from NJ and have never thought of going elsewhere Frank P
