I am convinced I will not receive my money back on this so the best I can do for others is to leave my review. We stayed here for a wedding event. My room number was 300. Upon arrival my room door was pried open, the refrigerator was hooked up to a breaker that was turned off so it did not work, and the bathroom fan did not work causing the room to be extremely humid. I went downstairs shortly after discovering these issues and was told engineering would show up but they never did. We had a lot of events to attend so I could not focus all my attention on getting our room in order. Our iron was damaged, our A/C unit was physically broken, the shower curtain was torn in multiple places, and the shower drained extremely slowly. This was one of my most uncomfortable stays at a hotel thus far and although the staff was friendly, they did not do their best at assisting with our room in the slightest.

Friendly, helpful staff who made some great recommendations for restaurants during our visit. Will definitely be looking to start here again if we're in the area.

honestly and sadly, I have never felt this unwelcome anywhere I have ever stayed. Friendly at check-in, they don't go over fees and gloss over so much. Don't bother with breakfast, especially if you book through a third party. They will fight with you everyday over it and try to charge you more (for example they say it only is good for two item... no matter how many people you booked the room for). The manager Sean did intervene to settle that, but the women was down right snarky. Also it is some pastries, maybe some bagels if they actually have it and it is an ordeal to obtain. Also be aware they charge $5 a day to park there (it is hidden on the website you book at, no one at the hotel will go over it and when you check out they will tell you that there are no charges only to have a surprise charge show up later). While you are there hope you don't need anything or have to interact with the staff. Almost every interaction you will be made to feel like your bothering them at best or just confrontational which seems to be the norm here sadly. If you ask for anything, towels, cups they will make it an ordeal. The rooms are fine, but the mattresses on the pull out bed were disgusting ripped and spring s coming out and there were no linens or bedding. When i asked for them at the front desk the women was rude disappeared for twenty minutes then came back with a sheet an blanket and pillow... so that was fun. In over 20 years of travel across the world I have never had such an unpleasant experience. if you can stay anywhere else I suggest you do.
Rooms: pull out mattresses are old and falling apart. make sure you have enough linens as soon as you check in. they also have only one tiny garbage cans available in the rooms
Safety: there were some interesting interactions. lots of single men smoking pot and drinking on site. seems like long term room rentals. nothing dangerous but something to be aware of.
Walkability: you have to cross busy major roads to get to anything. can be dangerous at night and if you are not able to run
Food & drinks: coffee and tea, bagels and pastries. they are out of alot and slow on service and not very friendly. they do have some items for purchase at front desk... they nickle and dime you for everything.

Easy check-in, very clean and comfortable room. The property was in nice condition overall, and conveniently located near the highway. Good experience.

Stayed here for 5 days as I was on vacation. Amazing service everyone here is super friendly and helpful. The room was super cozy! Had breakfast downstairs it was so good! And the coffee was so good. Pool was very clean and cozy. The hot tub was closed unfortunately but that’s alright.the outside area to sit and lounge was a very good size. They also have a guest laundry room. Takes quarters so I found that very helpful as well! Defiantly recommend staying here at Sonesta select! 10/10 ☺️
Rooms: Good size rooms. Mine was a king bed and also had a sofa couch so I thought that was super cool. They were both very comfy!
Food & drinks: They have a Starbucks downstairs for breakfast. So good. And the coffee my favorite especially being a Starbucks girly! :)

Beware, hidden charge of $15/night parking fee that your not warned about but is charged over a week later. Pool was "being worked on" and kept being told it would be working the next day, after being there 4 nights, the pool was still not "fixed". Otherwise was okay. Nothing special.
Walkability: Your not walking anywhere from here.

4.5 actually, but only whole stars available. We did not experience any issues or problems.
5 stars for:
Steven L. at the front desk. (Thank you!)
The bed - I could have slept all day.
Condition of property - Everything is clean and fresh. The room is very comfortable.
AC works great.
The not great things:
32" TV. It does have many channels as well as Youtube, Netflix, Pandora and a few other apps.
The hot tub is out of service. The pool is open until 10pm (In June), which is nice.
We drove from NJ for the Celtics parade. We had an awesome time!

Easy check in & out. Nice courtyard with corn hole and chairs. Parking is an additional $5/car. We had a king suite that had plenty of room and the sleeping area could be closed off from the sitting area.

This hotel is an absolute dumpster fire! The room has a smell, you have to beg for cleaning and they still don't come! The equivalent in the gym is broken for at least 6 weeks now, when we entered the room the microwave didn't work, it lost power every 10 seconds, the curtains ripped off slightly at the end, the TV didn't work, the washing machines didn't allow payment by card and even when they clean it is just on the surface but they only do it ONCE A WEEK! And wherever you ask for assistance they just ignore it.
Worst place I have ever been in my life!

First the positives-clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet rooms. Beautiful courtyard. The negatives-charged to park (free parking is only if you are a "member", something not clarified when booking. Also, no hot breakfast offered (such a fine hotel, you can have that but you'll purchase it) Not even a cup of coffee. Thought the difference between HOTEL and MOTEL was that a hotel supposedly offers more ACCOMODATIONS!?
