As I sit at another bank down the street, waiting for over 1 hour for a research order I was told is ready for pickup, I have time to reflect on how amazing Berkshire Bank, Milford MA has been to work with for the past 20 years. Thank you!!

I had a wonderful experience here at this bank. The employees were very kind. Laurie Beane, the Assistant Branch Manager was super nice and very helpful with setting up my account. I was VERY skeptical about WHO I wanted to bank with, and I'm very glad I chose this bank. I would totally recommend. Ask for Laurie!

i’ve done my banking here for about 15 years, personal and business (it used to be commerce bank). never any issues! and i’m there biweekly so it’s not like i never need their assistance anyway. good experiences all around.
