Warm and friendly front desk staff, great location and we enjoyed breakfast each morning. My only complaint is that I specifically asked for housekeeping each morning and rooms were not clean or even attempted.

I used a free night (points). Room was clean. TV and sink and toilet fine, but for first time ever I slipped and fell down getting into shower because the surface was very slick and NO rubber mat to put down in the tub.Noteworthy details: Fabulous location within a half mile of I 495. 9 miles south of Mass Tpke / I 90.

Ok. I stayed on 5th floor and the hallway smelled weird. I saw they put some blower air freshener thingy on the wall but why not just have your carpets cleaned regularly? Also stayed in 514 and the AC worked somewhat but the room still stayed damp and my clothes i left out were damp.
