I met with Bobby to set up 2 different accounts. He was courteous and informative. He did not try to rush us out and was extremely helpful. There are a lot of banks to do business with but I would highly recommend Chase Bank.

When my online banking account was put on hold and there was a problem getting it fixed through the customer support call service, I came to this branch and was assisted immediately. The woman helping me was able to call the support line and have them lift the hold on my account.
