Carl does a phenomenal and highly professional job. The installation required extra work to overcome issues that popped up, and he solved the problems on the spot. He obviously has the knowledge and expertise that come with years of experience. Car-Leo came highly recommended by several friends and a neighbor. He cannot solve all people problems, however, which I suspect is what's behind the one bad review. I'd give him extra stars, if I could, for being a super nice guy who truly goes the extra mile.

AWFUL WORK!!! Brand new LVP was installed on entire first floor without prepping subfloor causing sinking, cracking and buckling of new flooring. Cardboard was used in areas to attempt to level flooring instead of floor patch. Owner refused to fix issue and lied about subfloor being prepped. Needed to rip flooring up and start from scratch with no refund.

Carl was so helpful during the entire process. He was knowledgeable and not pushy! (We had an experience at another floor store where they kept pushing the most expensive flooring.) You can tell he's been doing this for many years, I will not hesitate to return in the future!

We have 3 homes and have been working with Carl for about 15 years. Carl is one of the last in his craft who takes every measure to make his work exemplary in every way. He does it all. His prices are the best you will find and certainly with the craftsmanship he puts into every installation, you can not find a better value. I have even called on Carl to do some commercial work in businesses that I have run and had him do some major jobs and he was able to compete with price, and as expected, put in the quality work he is known for. Carleo may not be the biggest, you may not get it in 24 hours, but you will get superior name brand flooring installed better than any company out there, and probably pay less than those "discount" flooring companies. I can not say enough good about Carl and his business.

I've been working with Carl for over 10 years. He's done all the tile, carpet and hardwood on both my houses. His customer service and installations are fantastic!!!
