I was helped by Mary at self checkout while visiting Big Y Milford on 8/18/2024. She was amazing! She walked me through how to apply digital coupons and also checked my order for any additional discounts. She was so attentive to any customer at self check out. She was fabulous at multitasking and seemed to really enjoy her job!!!

Great people that work there, always well stocked and clean. They've expanded the self checkout recently so I'm in and out in no time, even at peak hours.

What can I say? I have had the strangest encounters with employees at this store. Everything from aggressive employees screaming profanities in the parking lot, to being stared down by the clerk at self check out, to being accused of taking $20 from a cashier after SHE messed up my order, which I did NOT.I kept going back because it was the closest store to my house. But after being accused by some child manager and not getting an apology after asking to see the video (he did not let me see the video) and then said he could be wrong because he didn't really pay attention.All of this was wrong and humiliating, so I decided that that was the last visit to this store for me. I have never been to another Big Y store, but I definitely do not recommend this store to anyone.
