“My hubby dropped his truck off last week to get his rear bumper replaced. At first it was promised the next day but it has turned into a week(due to then not realizing they had to paint the bumper).. After playing phone tag, he spoke with someone this morning (9 am it's now 3:30pm), he was told they "were putting the bumper on now". Here we are still waiting.... A normal turn around time for a rear bumper replacement is 1-3 days... Finally 4 pm they called, truck is ready, we had started heading that way anyway. Upon arrival the bumper looks great and even though the truck is a 2024 (don't ask about how the accident occurred) they detailed it inside and out.”
“I just moved to Milford, called and and got a friendly person on the phone who told me they had my Car Fob Remote batteries in stock and welcomed me in! I arrived, he even installed them into my fobs. I was being charged over $60 for replacements every 6 mos. at a battery store in my last resident town, when the retail was just over $8 here for a better battery product! The man was super friendly and knowledgeable, explaining how to get the most out of the battery etc. Great experience and I highly recommend this place! I know where I'll be going for my battery needs moving forward!”

“Today on October 1st 2023, I had the best experience I have ever had in any Auto Zone in the three states I have visited stores in. Julia from this location was very professional, and had a great attitude. Not sure if the other employees were on break or if they are short staffed but Julia managed the phone, and lobby customers by herself. Julia was very knowledgeable on the products needed for my braking system job and even mentioned the specials that saved me a little money on the parts. Julia even went as far as giving me a box to carry some of the parts in because she was aware the bags would break. I only met the store manager Nick passing by in the lobby and his morale was low, and while approaching a customer he seemed very willing to help but his tone was unlike Julia's. I recommend you look into training Julia for upper management positions because that is the leader I would want overseeing a team. If no positions are available currently, I recommend you try to retain Julia as an employee by giving her a raise. When I am in massachusetts again, this is the only AutoZone I will be going to! Thank you so much for your great service Julia!”
“I had an issue with the online inventory vs the inventory physically in stock. Fortunately, I wasn't in a huge rush and the folks working there worked to rectify the issue and get my parts to me. Only someone with no patience would be legit unhappy.”
“I love this dealership. The service department is top notch. The staff is pleasant and so helpful. Today I came in an hour before closing and was met with a smile and pleasant conversation. While waiting I remembered I needed a sticker and asked it that could be done also. Mike Kelly the service manager was very nice and even though at this point it was almost closing time he was able to have it handled. Highly recommend !”

Jonathan at Campos Auto Detailing made my scheduling/ transaction smooth, and my 16-year old Ford is literally shades brighter and shinier inside!
