Until I found Accurate Auto Care, going to the mechanic was a source of stress for me. I’m not really a car person and I always felt out of my depth and never could quite trust that they weren’t adding on unnecessary services to up charge me.
Bernadette and the folks at Accurate have fully earned my trust and my wife and I have been pleased to give them our business for the last 8 years. The work is excellent and the experience has always been a pleasure. We actually enjoy dealing with them, which is something I thought I’d never say about a mechanic. So happy to have found them all those years ago. Highly highly recommend!

The best auto care place in metro west. They are genuine people. They do not force any repair on you to make money. Very honest. I asked them to change my brake rotors and pad last year. They took in my vehicle and told me my break and pads are good for another 10 months. They just changed oil and charged me for oil change.
My car was showing lots of warning lights on an evening. I drove it there to see that they were closing for the night. The technician still looked at my car, took all the details and made my car drivable and safe. Asked me to come back if there is any issues.

My 1st time there and i will 100% certainly be back. Very friendly, very helpful. Wont do any work without your approval. Super fair prices. I highly recommend going here as i will be going back as needed.

Friendly, fast service. Bernadette was one of the nicest people I have ever met at a mechanic shop. I highly recommend this shop. Not only was the people pleasant; it was also very reasonably priced.Update: I still go here every time I need a repair. Mike and Peter are great mechanics! Nobody else will touch my cars!

Highly recommend! Great to find an owner(s)-operated garage that truly cares about their customers and the service they provide. Very professional doing some much needed work on my Tundra. The entire crew went above and beyond to solve and fix a problem that came up after the service. The problem was not their fault, but they were determined to make it right in less then ideal circumstances!
