Left my car at this place after a small front collision, needed a front bumper and other things, took this people almost 7 weeks to fix my car, lost the rental and had no car to go to work, excuse was that they couldn't find parts for it, but I kept receiving text messages that my car was 80% completed, the whole time the car was sitting outside and nothing was done to it, every time I went to see the shop manager and ask when my car was going to be done he was freaking rude and unprofessional, finally I get my car back and don't see any new parts except for the bumper that just fell off my car, yes, just fell off!!! And the freaking thing is actually broken, $8,000.00 paid by my insurance, and this is what I get.

A little late in my review- but I just drove by and remembered I needed to do so because the experience was so great and simple! I had literally just moved to MA from Texas and had my car shipped on a truck. Unfortunately, he damaged my bumper when unloading it. My sister in law recommended Milford Collision so I went there as I knew nothing in the area, and I'm so glad she did! They stayed true to their estimate as well as their timeline and were friendly throughout the process. When I picked up my car the interior had been cleaned and I was just so happy with the service. Thanks!!
