Jay and Ari were incredible here. I came in to add a simple teachers discount and ended up saving a ton of money and learning about a deal my plan had for new phone. Big wins all around. jay and Ari were super nice and helpful 10/10 would recommend working with them to anybody.

We had a great experience at the Middleton Verizon store. I called this evening at 6:15 and needed urgent assistance with my daughter's phone which was no longer charging. She was very anxious and I knew it would be a tough night if we didn't address it right away. With only 15 minutes to spare, the Verizon associate Rami, assured me that we'd have enough time to do what we needed. He took care of us not only with her phone, but also took that extra time that I would have needed to upgrade my own phone -- something I had been procrastinating on for months. He took care of transferring our apps, contacts, texts, etc. We did not feel rushed at all. We are both so satisfied with our purchases/upgrades. I happened to get a fantastic deal going on now for loyal customers! We are so excited. Thank you. Great service!!

We stopped at Verizon just before closing on 7-18-23. We were on vacation and had an oops with our phone. Sean (or Shawn or Shaun lol) was most helpful. He took great care of us and had us back on the road in no time. Most professional and courteous! Thank you, Verizon, for hiring great employees!
