If I could give zero stars I would. To be treated like I am a second class citizen is the best way to express my experience. I deal with several local banks for my profession and this one is by far the worst. For the employees to gather and speak negatively about another customer for everyone in the bank to hear is completely unprofessional. Then to toss my ID back to me and say I’m not on an account then realize she was wrong with no apology left me lost for words. Retraining and professionalism should be a priority for this branch.

Jennifer who I believe is the manager at the branch was excellent. She helped me with my paperwork and took time to make sure I did everything right. I appreciated that ,for someonewho cares. Does not happen in the world today

This bank is awful - do not recommend! Covid has hit them hard. In addition to them being closed unpredictably, the customer service experience has been contradicting and aggravating.

This is a large branch with plenty of parking as a part of the strip mall it is attached to. The teller I talked to was very helpful. The employees were swift about their duties.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Absolutely horrible experience in this branch today. I was told myself 3 times to take an 800# home with me and call to be helped with what I needed while the lady next to me in line was asking about her statements not getting to her for the last 2 months and they told her the same thing! It wasn't concerning at all to the staff that all of her banking history and personal information was missing. The manager, Jennifer, was extremely unprofessional and aggre

After an absolutely horrible experience with Bank of America, I switched my accounts to TD. Cayla was very helpful and explained everything clearly. In fact, every rep that I've come in contact with at this location has been polite and friendly. The only thing I'd recommend at this location is free coffee or a water station. I wish I switched over to TD sooner because Bank of America has nothing on them.
