“This review is specifically for Gino. I've been a customer since at least 2008 all the way to this present day. Gino was the first and only person I ever saw in the facility when I came in. He's always been super friendly, helpful, and always professional. I love that he's still there after all these years. He's the one I want to speak to if I ever have any concerns or questions and actually in general he's really a great person to talk to anyway. He always puts a smile on my face. The storage units are great too I really can't complain about anything there. I would never go elsewhere. I know my belongings are safe there. Wish you had longer hours of access on weekends but that would be my only suggestion.”

“Just wanted to share my experience with Extra Space Storage......so I have a growing business and needed some extra space. I went with this particular spot in saugus because I did rent from them a few years back. Wanted to give 5 stars for their customer service, they help I got from her was above and beyond her duty, so publicly I want to give her my appreciation.......even if the building is a little older than the traditional ones these days, it's a really nice place to store your things and it has a loading dock and elevator so access to every floor is no problem.....they also have carts so you can roll your things with you if needed......thank you for all your help, if you want 5 star customer service, come to.this storage spot.”

“My experience was great. The price was slightly better than competitive. The service was great. I always felt the storage was secure. The space is heated and climate controlled. There is always a small cart to help move your stuff into and out of the storage area. The storage area was clean without signs of rodents or other pests. Your storage locker is only available during the times the facility manager is on premise. My experience was very good and I'd do it again. Thanks,”

“After completing my rental on line I drove to the public storage in Peabody MA with a truck load of boxes. Before heading there I spoke with Mr. Andrew of the public storage in Peabody MA over the phone and was told that the entrance gate had been out of service and they had to close up the storage at 6pm instead of the usual 9pm. However I misunderstood that and headed to the storage at quarter to 6pm. Once I got there Mr. Andrew explained to me why they had to close the storage at 6pm; but when he saw a truck load of boxes behind me he said “let me think about it to see what I can do”. He decided to stay until we finishing up our move. He showed us the unit, explained to us the cautions with the lock and directions to the office, helped us with maneuvering the loading cart. After about one and an half hours we finished our move and Mr. Andrew led us out of the building. I’m so grateful and appreciative to Mr. Andrew and glad that I’ve chosen Public Storage in Peabody MA to store my personal belongings!”
