Lola is amazing! She is incredibly sweet, kind and compassionate with my dogs.. Ive had dogs my whole life and her groomings are the absolute best. I wish I could give her more then 5 stares. Highly recommend bringing your pets to her! You will not be disappointed ???

I brought my dog Bonnie here earlier this week! I had just moved to the area and I highly recommend! The owner was so sweet. Bonnie and I felt so welcomed! We can’t wait to come back for grooming!

I rarely post reviews, but feel this is necessary. I would avoid this place at all costs. My dog was terrified going into this place. I dropped my dog off at 9:30 AM for a 9:30 AM grooming appointment. When I called at 1:30 wondering where my dog was, I was told that she has not yet been tended to. I was told that she would not be ready until 3 PM. There was no reason why I shouldn’t have been notified of this prior. The owner was aware someone called out that morning and did not make me aware of this when I dropped my dog off. I wouldn’t have dropped my dog off until 130 PM if that was the time that she was going to be groomed. When I arrived to pick up my dog, I asked for a discount as I had to miss several appointments for the afternoon. The owner said that it was not possible to give me a discount. I will never be going back here . No way to run a business never mind the fact that my dog is terrified so I clearly have no idea what’s going on behind the closed doors.

I have to post this review……My appointment was at 8:00AM. I arrived at 8:05AM. The owner almost did not take my cat, but she did. She said she could not fully groom her, only shave her. I do admit she had mats. When I picked her up, the cost was $120 to shave her down, no shampooing. I didn’t notice until I got her home and let her out of the carrier, The WORST HACK
JOB, my poor cat! She was so uneven and irritated in some areas. Everyone noticed. I will never take my cat/s there again!

Love love love this place. They take such good care of my dog Lady. She used to be afraid of the groomers but walks in happily tail wagging when she sees Lola.

Lola is the Best !!! She loves our dog. Other places refused to take our chowchow because they were scared. Lola gave her a big hug and no story. I recommend Pets of Sugarland any day.

Lola is the best groomer I've ever had! She's so kind and enthusiastic about her job and the dogs she works with, and my chow chow always comes out looking beautiful! Thank you for the amazing work as always!

I just picked up my dog Colt from his first grooming and couldn't be happier. The owner is so nice and my pup seemed very comfortable with her, which is saying something because he does not usually like being groomed. He looks like a whole new dog. I will definitely be coming back!

We had used this place for grooming for a few months and everything was fine but one day when we picked up our dog his paw pad had been cut by a pair of scissors (admission of the owner). The owner advised us not to go to a vet because "they're expensive". After having our dog bleed all over our car the entire ride home we examined the wound and realized that it was not a superficial cut but actually through over three quarters of the paw pad so we took our dog to an emergency clinic for evaluation. Upon evaluation he needed to be sedated to have his paw pad surgically repaired as the cut was deep enough to the point where it would not heal on its own. After our dog was medically sound I had texted the owner back (she reached out to see if he was okay) and explained the situation to her and asked about compensation for the medical bills. Mistakes happen and I get that but when businesses make mistakes you pay for them and move on. After not getting a text back from her I went in person to discuss it and she said "its not her policy to reimburse people for their mistakes. That being said we were out about 1500 because of their negligence and their refusal to own their own mistake. Come to this place and have your dogs groomed here at your own risk, they will not take any responsibility for their actions.

My dog, Oakley and I love Pets of Sugarland! Lola is very patient and loving helping my rescue pup to learn it’s not scary to be groomed. With Lola’s kindness and understanding, he continues to gain confidence. We are so appreciative to have an experienced groomer to help with our beloved dog who had a difficult start in life. Oakley looks adorable and smells great after every cut!

lovely job done by Lola and her staff. brought 2 bullmastiffs there for the first time and they were handled with great care. we will definitely be returning to bring them there!

Lola and her staff are a confident and knowledgeable team. They seem to know every dog by name and are excited to see them wiggle through the door. Lola is very accommodating- fitting clients in at the last minute to make sure their pups feel their best. Most of our family takes their beloved pups here! Highly recommended!
