Super nice wish I could remember the women's name who assisted me. Although she hasn't yet yet returned thre call to inform me if they have located the bracket I need for the kitchen drawer we purchased there a few years ago I'm sure she will.

Lucy was very professional, the showroom is beautiful and there’s a great selection for all budgets. The cabinets were delivered in a timely fashion even during COVID. With their advice and guidance, our new kitchen turned out beautiful and within budget!

Susan and Lucy are a great team! Easy to work with, they take the stress out of kitchen renovations! They are very knowledgeable about the latest trends and perfect layouts. The showroom has lots of products on display. I love my new kitchen!

The Melillo’s are top notch and wonderful to deal with! Our kitchen came out better then we could have imagined. Lou and Lucy were helpful the whole time their decades of cabinet and carpentry expertise was showed their amazing recommendations and insight. From the first visit there we knew that they were gonna be the right choice for us. Their 20 year old son Nicholas showed us around the showroom and explained the different granite and quartz that we could get and the different cabinet lines and what make them different. i highly recommend them if you need a kitchen or countertops.

Go elsewhere for semi-custom or custom cabinets. My wife and I considered Northeast for an upscale kitchen project in their semi-custom Candlelight line. When we priced everything out the cost ended up being the same as going with a fully custom local cabinet maker. They also had a painted door made for us 2 years ago to check the look of the door and told us it would be $100 if we ended up not going with them. We had to delay our project and picked up the door earlier this year after they got to use it for 2 years as a floor model and Lucy mentioned it had been damaged during that time. When I returned the door and informed Lucy that we were going with another cabinet maker Lucy said it was damaged and said she'd reduce the $400 (!!!) cost of the door to $150 to be "fair". Worst of all, she was condescending and accused me of using the door for another cabinet maker to copy the design which is not the case. We went elsewhere due to cost, better customization, and better customer service. If you're considering semi-customer cabinets, you can get full custom local made cabinets for the price Northeast charges. If you're considering stock cabinets you would get a much better customer service experience at Caroles ( we also considered Carole's and would have gone with them if we hadn't decided to go fully custom.

Dear Louie and Lucy,Before we worked with you on our kitchen, we recently had a nightmare experience with a bathroom contractor that made us leery and very nervous to start on a kitchen renovation with another contractor. However, you and your company and all involved at Northeast Kitchen gave us the exact opposite experience and a renewed faith in (some) people.We want to thank you for your patience, timely communication, thoughtfulness, smart suggestions, excellent work and the fact that you care about not only your work but us and your other customers. All of the workers you had were timely, communicative, professional, competent, and friendly. Everyone worked to give us the result we wanted both functionally and aesthetically pleasing.We can't thank you enough, especially Louie, for also being one of the nicest, likable, and most caring individual we have met in a long time.We wish you the best in the future with both your work and family. Don't work too hard or too much longer, stay healthy, and enjoy life!
