But recenty I got so busy with my new born and when my phone was not working for a whole day I couldn't call anyone, I got so stress so I went in the store to ask for help and Jennifer was so nice to me and helped me so much.... she tried her best to look for a solution. It was almost time for her to go home but she helped me until we figured things out. I highly recommend Jennifer, she knows so much, she is very good with phones... “All five of these stars are for Serena at the Salem AT&T store! Serena was the only employee working on a Sunday with a long line of customers. She greeted everyone as they came in, helped to manage their expectations on wait times and attended to each customer (sometimes more than one at a time). She was extremely knowledgeable and helped to lower our bill by 30% with some additional tips for lowering the bill even more.
Kudos to you, Serena! You deserve a raise and a promotion! As my mom said, "She could write a book on customer service."”
