Mint car wash in Middleton was a disappointment for me. I went through the touchless car wash paid $18 and my car did not get clean and dried correctly. I went to a worker there to ask if I could get a rewash. She said no, I asked to speak to the manager. She said he was too busy sorry I can’t help you. Well they just lost a customer for poor customer service.I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

I usually frequent this business as I live close by. However this past experience did not meet my expectations at all. I paid for the $17 touch-less car wash, only to find out that it really didn’t do much at all. There was still dirt on the lower half of my doors/car and trunk, and water spots everywhere.Next time I will stick with the traditional tunnel, but I can’t help but feeling I wasted my money on this recent visit. I’m honestly really disappointed.
