Went into Joannes with a pal. First time in awhile. One staff did give a price check. Thats a positive. Next asked another for help with fabric from 2 staff members , one Would of helped , but lazier one insisted on giving her rundown of her bathroom and outdoor break and taking her away from helping me to chit chat. End result was both staff members left to hang out and didnt help. Also heard from pal toilet is very disgusting. Bad customer servicev.

This store is a joke. It is dirty, cold, and very uninviting. I brought the attention of a filthy bathroom to the manager and was told "ok we'll clean it. The time I was in there the exact, same disgusting stains were on the floor and sink. Not to mention both this store and the Saugus Massachusetts store were closed with a note on the door saying "due to the to the storm we are closed today." The storm they were referring to was literally rain. Laughable.

I've been shopping at JOANN Fabric and Crafts in Middleton, MA for over 10 years now, and I've always been impressed with their selection, customer service, and overall shopping experience.The first time I went to JOANN, I was looking for a sewing machine. I was a beginner, so I didn't know what I was looking for. But the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to help me find the perfect machine for my needs.Since then, I've been back to JOANN countless times. I always find something new and exciting to buy. They have a huge selection of fabrics, yarn, beads, and other craft supplies. And their prices are always reasonable.One of my favorite things about JOANN is their fur department. They have a huge selection of furs in all different colors and textures. I love to buy furs to sew into outfits. They're so soft and plush, and they make any outfit look special.I highly recommend JOANN Fabric and Crafts to anyone who loves to sew, craft, or just get creative. They have everything you need to make your projects come to life.

Joann Fabric and Crafts use to be 5 stars when they had a classroom. I enjoyed taking lessons and the teacher was excellent. She had a lot of patience with people who needed help. Also I noticed they don’t have the help they should anymore. They keep saying the classes will start soon but they never do. It’s really a shame to take away a place to go and learn to sew and shop.

Waited in line for 15 minutes. There was only one cashier. Then finally another cashier came and took me but she couldn't sign in to the register so she walked away. I'll do my craft shopping at Michael's.

I could see that some members of the staff were friendly and helpful but the woman who attempted to assist me was neither. I was given a cold reception when asking for help with a fabric and when she took it for measurement, it was measured incorrectly to the point where I could not use the fabric for my project and she had ruined the rest of the roll. She then proceeded to incorrectly cut and measure my second fabric. I left with fabric, but not what I wanted and the experience took almost an hour for a very simple task.
