Pharmacy is absolutely terrible, i am having surgery tommorow, antibiotic perscription not filled 4 hours after it was called, in absolutely ridiculous, i will be calling CVS headquarters, as they have put my health in danger, switching pharmacys tommorow, good bye Middleton CVS

I know why people think that CVS in Middleton is awful. I just waited in line for five minutes while 2 people , one who was supposed to be ringing up the register, was sitting there, and having a nice little chat with another employee, while she was fixing the automated self check out. I did not say a word, and then the cashier came behind the counter where I have been standing there for five minutes. I assumed he was coming to ring me up. No he was coming to get something out of the register and literally walked right by me , no, I’ll be right with you nothing! They couldn’t have cared less to acknowledge me, till I left my stuff on the counter and laughed, and then they were like oh will be right with you. Walgreens got my business. And will continue to do so.

Pharmacy does not answer calls . Called several times to try to transfer a prescription . Could not get a human to answer. I was on hold for 20 min . This happened more than once . I finally gave up and took my business to Danvers .

Three pharmacy is borderline ridiculous. They refuse to fill a prescription before the day it is due, and even then won't fill it unless you call and ask them to.Even when you do that, they don't have the prescriptions filled when they say they will. I decided to write this review after waiting 30 minutes for a prescription that should have been filled and hour ago.The pharmacy techs are never apologetic or accommodating. They always rude and dismissive. The pharmacist is much better at customer service, but all in all this is a pretty poorly run pharmacy.

This CVS was very large and had a big selection it also had a pharmacy the makeup section was huge and the skin care sectionThey had an absolute ton of options I've never seen so many different skin care products at a store I'm very interested in all of them it was set up very nicely the store is large and spread out it has a pharmacy A place where you can develop photos

Guy is outside next to me when I have to be at work at 720 the store is still closed an his just chilling there with his coffee had few ppl walk away because of this need help out here

The store always has what I need. The pharmacy can be overwhelmed sometimes but usually quick and will work with you if you need it faster. Never a long line and they have two self service registers. Always a clean store with helpful employees and managers.

I shop frequently around the North Shore as I drive to different areas for work . CVS Middleton is by far the best on the North shore ! The people are very nice and very helpful especially the Pharmacy. Thank you

Months ago I talked to a lovely young woman in the pharmacy after having been frustrated by this pharmacy. I had called the pharmacy to ask if the prescription my husband's doctor had sent got through. Yes, they were working on it. "I am on my way from the Emergency Room with him to pick it up. He had a bad post operative bleed, needed to be t home after a lengthy visit to the ER to stop the bleeding. After waiting 45 minutes I left, completely frustrated.I was getting bombarded with texts to get vaccinated. I had been up to date for many months.Tonight I called to see if my script was ready. I was put on hold until I finally arrived at the pharmacy (20 minutes) all the while listening to the vaccination advertisement. When I went to pick up the script I asked the young man if they ever answered their phone. He responded very bluntly, "no." "do you have a problem?" My response was that I had been holding on for 20 minutes. They did not have my script and had he answered it would have saved a trip. His excuse of being understaffed as well as being rude was unacceptable. There was no one waiting and no one in line. On a holiday evening at 7pm I don't think scripts were overwhelming..CVS in Middleton, good bye.

No one working register and I have two gift cards along with other items so self checkout wasProblematic. Staff seemed irritated to check me out. So I guess I will go into cvs only if I am buying a pack of gum. Great business plan

Went in to receive a 2 vaccination shots. As I'm waiting 15 minutes past my appointment time, I receive an email that I received 2 different shots in my left deltoid. They hadn't given me any shots. Person in charge of giving me the shot was extremely rude and told me that's how they process it. That doesn't seem like the correct way of handling medical information... sending a written statement that you administered shots in a left deltoid when you didn't. Filed a complaint with the CVS ethics line. It'll be interesting to see if that's standard protocol.
