“Good guys good wash. Vacuum heads are wayyyyyy too thick though and don't go between seats in any of my cars or my friends cars. Don't know why they picked these awful heads in such a nice car wash spot. Please change them as I'm a monthly subscriber for unlimited washes and have to go elsewhere for vac”

“I have been going to Unique Car Care for PPF and ceramic coatings for many years. Recently, I brought in my wife’s vehicle to have PPF and ceramic coating on her X6 and after the work was done, she was in awe at the outcome of the stealth PPF that was applied to the vehicle. Rick, Pete and their crew has and always do outstanding work. They stand by their work and are honest. I will not go elsewhere whenever I need PPF and ceramic coatings applied to my vehicles.

“I went to their New Salem location and I find it absolutely wonderful! From start to finish they took care of my car in such fine detail that I couldn't even find a spot of lint to complain about. I brought the car and they immediately jumped on it and had it already within 1 hour for me which was super convenient since I was crunched on time. “The service here was very professional. I tried calling, left a message to request appointment for oil change. I then went over and was told they could service the car while I waited. Although it seemed to be a busy Saturday, every employee took the time to ask “ How can I help you?”
The oil change was done promptly, questions answered and recommendations made for further tire repair.
Also, the owner responded to my voicemail while I was waiting for my car!!!

“Very nice guy I rented the car from him on Turo. I explained how expensive Turo was and how Turo was overcharging me when I was placed in one of his cars as a replacement for a different car. (The 1st car was paying $55 a day then when it broke down turo put me in a new car from this company but I didn’t know it was $90 a day. Almost double) Bryan quickly Offered renting privately that he had his own rental company and was very apologetic that turo had done this upcharge. He sent me a 3rd party contract I was able to use for insurance (full coverage $0 deductible was only $15 aday) as well as his own contract for the car for $33 a day. This helped me a lot! He’s been very good at communicating! Very nice on the phone! Very professional. The car has had no mechanical issues and has made several trips up and down the east coast. I’ve had it for almost 2 weeks and plan on using it longer. I will definitely keep his number for my future trips to the Boston area”

“Sparkling Image Car Was cleans both the inside and outside of your car. First, you drive through their cloth car wash. Then you get in line and leave your keys. A team vacuums the passenger portion of your car, seats, floors, and cleans your floor mats with a machine. Next your car is brought to the polishing station, where they clean all your auto glass, and wipe down surfaces such as the dashboard, armrests, etc. It all takes about 20 minutes and is very reasonably priced. Comparable to a car wash at Scrub-a-Dub.”
“Cheap, easy, and free vacuums. Brought my grandma’s Nissan Rogue here after driving it through mud and dirt while she was away and left with no scratches and spotless carpet. I kid you not, it looked brand new. Definitely recommend going here”

My car which is a 2005 Lincoln has been sitting under a tree for quite awhile so it was covered with a ton of dirt, so I took advantage of the free Gold Carwash and it came out looking great. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and definitely would return again!

“I have been too many places to have my car cleaned to clean it myself, and this is by far the best one. Sometimes it’s very busy and then other times it’s pretty routine. I’ve noticed the same guys there for a long time which is a really great sign for me. I left there the other day, and I was so impressed with the diligence that they put into waxing and cleaning the interior. It’s worth noting that the manager has also been the same. He’s very calm and I find his demeanor very welcoming.
It’s not an easy business and I’m very impressed with the quality and the reliability of this particular store.”

“I had bad experience at a different car wash and I was nervous to try a different one. Maddy’s car wash is the best! The first time I went to Maddy’s I tried the self wash one and it was great. Today I wanted to try the automatic touch less car wash. There’s different options to pick from and I picked “ The Volcano”. For $24 I was really amazing by the quality! I’m normally against going to the car wash because I don’t like scuffs but the touch less automatic car wash at Maddy’s didn’t leave any scuffs! I look forward to coming here to have my car clean!”
“This place is amazing! Went there wash my car and left it looking amazing..we have a little error that i was charged 88 dollars instead of 8 dollars for a car wash. I spoke with the owner and he was very nice and told me to come in when i can and he will give me cash. Went in next day and boom no questions asked he gave me the money back.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Chris and this detailing shop. My child spilled milk in the car, and no matter what I tried, the smell wouldn’t go away. I called three other places—two told me I’d need my entire carpet and underlayment replaced (nearly $3,000), and another said they’d just shampoo the top and “hope for the best.”
Chris was the only one who actually explained what needed to be done. He told me that only the damaged parts of the underlayment needed to be removed and replaced—not the whole thing—and he even gave me tips over the phone to help reduce the smell before my appointment. His advice worked so well that by the time I came in, most of the odor was already gone.
When he detailed the car, he patched the underlayment perfectly and gave the entire interior such a thorough clean that it honestly looked better than the day I bought it. And all of this was done for a fraction of what other shops quoted me. He easily saved me thousands of dollars.
As a mom, getting into a car that feels brand-new is such a great feeling—even though it won’t last long with kids. It’s a perfect reset for the car, and it feels amazing while it lasts. Most importantly, I’m grateful to know I have someone I can fully trust. I will 100% be returning in the future.
