WM is a very reliable company to have. I've had them for over 3 years, they've missed pick up maybe twice but always made it right very quickly. Price is comparable to everyone else around

Friendly staff and organized once you get the hang of where everything is supposed to go. Do not like the high cost to dispose mattresses and electronics.
