Went in for a haircut. Hair was a little past shoulders and asked for a bob. Well not only did I not get a bob,the cut was not even at all. I had to come home and have my husband try to even it. He did as best he could. Also,while I was getting my hair washed,I mentioned how I like the waves in the models hair ( bc I had three pics of the same haircut style to show her.) So she asked if I wanted my hair curled. I told her no. However after my hair was dried she proceeded to curl it with a straightening iron. Like old school curl it. . ALL OVER. When I turned around and saw it in the mirror,I was like ,"oh God." She told me not to worry she has to brush it out and it will look better. Omg! It was awful. I honestly thought my husband was pulling a prank on me and told her to do my hair like that. (We pull pranks on each other all the time)He didn't. I cried the entire way home. Even now, whenever I try to do my hair,it's just so messed up.I'm always cutting uneven pieces off. My hair looks like a bell on my head.lol. only way I can explain it. I didn't say anything at the time because I was so embarrassed at the way I looked,I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. I'm not writing this to be mean. I just think the girl doing my hair needs more training. She was very friendly. But DEFINITELY needs more training. IIn the meantime, I'll wait until my hair grows out a bit so I
can get the style I originally wanted.(at a different salon.)

Rachel is amazing! after a bad experience last year I was very nervous to color my hair again, I left w beautiful highlights, and could run my fingers through my hair this time! She has great communication w her clients & you can tell she loves what she does, also would recommended Brianna from the same salon, they make people feel like the best version of themselves with the work they do, thank you Rachel ❤ worth every penny

Wonderful group of stylists, amazing owner. They're honest and fair about pricing, and do the most meticulous, gorgeous work. They're amazing with correcting anything you don't like. I always leave very happy.

Best hair salon experience in many years. Color and cut were perfect. Wonderful and friendly staff. Spencer made me look beautiful. Love, love, love this place. Cute shop, my stylist was thorough asking questions about the look I wanted. He was quick and friendly. Parking was available for my large truck right across the street as well.
