I absolutely love Katie the phlebotomy technician. She is very pleasant, friendly, and knows what she's doing. I've been poked with more needles than I could count. Yet, Katie has gentle hands.

Went on Saturday, went very smoothly and Paula was fantastic! sadly, she’s only there one Saturday a month.
