“been going here for 10 yrs. the staff in the pharmacy are irreplaceable! from the Pharmacists, the Pharmacy Technicians and the people who work at the cash registers. they bend over backwards to help and they genuinely care about the customers. i don't even live near the Raynham store but i still take the ride to go where i can trust and feel cared about. thank you to the Pharmacy staff from a very grateful customer”
“They are very good there and always help me out when my veterinarian is being difficult. There is one particular employee there that stands out. Her name is Kristina, she is the most friendly, cheerful and welcoming person ! She seems to remember us when we go to pharmacy, and she is very genuine so you know she really wants to help. There are so few people like her these days, most everywhere I go I seem to get rude, snippy people. She is truly an asset to the pharmacy, she's a gem.”

“It's not a bad Walgreens by any means. They're understaffed and employee turnover seems incredibly fast. I lost count of all the different faces I've seen in such a short period of time. You can't get mad at a store that isn't staffed properly.
It happens.
The pharmacy is also understaffed and therefore slow. My mother has trouble with the pharmacy, but she's not savvy with modern technology or how they do prescriptions nowadays. I've never had an issue when I was using them.
Be patient. Don't get upset and talk to them like normal humans. Everyone is trying their best.”

Customer service is exceptionally hard with a holiday rush - yet the staff here was upbeat, made eye contact and thanked every customer! The store was clean, organized, and stocked .. management clearly cares about their staff here as it almost appeared these workers enjoyed their jobs!!”

I've been trying to change my last name & address on my prescription for years, with absolutely no luck in person or online. Service can be slow at times - I recommend going inside over using the drive-thru. The store's self checkout is great for an easy in & out shopping experience.”
