Andrew was explained the estimate and went through his own diagnostic and saved me a ton of $$$. When I got my car back they even washed it. “Over a decade ago, before they moved to their present location, my daughter was visiting from college. Her car had an unknown problem and she had to leave the next day. They fixed it, treated her with respect, did not feel like she was being taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. I have had my work and stickers done by them since then, both at the old and the new location. Recently my hybrid Honda needed a tune-up (the car died when I was out of town, it had a frozen gas line, I requested and paid for a diagnostic, the diagnosed work would have a 4-digit cost, I said I'd think about it and left). Xpress Lube diagnosed and did the work for around half the price, and my MPG increased about 5MPG ever since. I told them they don't charge enough for their work. If you want a sugar-coated explanation of what's wrong and a high price, go elsewhere. If you want a very honest and direct assessment, you will get that here. I prefer honest and direct.”

“Came into this shop because I needed a maintenance check on my car. It did need some work done, and they were able to offer me same day service for the repairs which was fantastic. The front staff was very friendly and the mechanic was very kind I felt like I was in great hands with their team. Will definitely be back for any future services.”
