They used to be halfway decent but now are just an awful bank. They nickel and dime you on everything. Open a credit line second mortgage? $50 per year just to keep it open. Add reserve credit to your checking? $35 to use it each time. Bouncing a check is $35 so reserve credit costs the same. You can do better, please shop around.

Terrible service. Period. Too much to bother typing. Closing account as soon as I can get there with closing times of 4-430 pm most days. I work. Good riddance.

This is the third time that the bank has been sold And i wouldn't change a thing everyone is very nice and helpful if you have a question they will do there best to answer it they do the best that they can to take care of there clients

My mother passed away recently so I brought the death certificate into the Middleboro office. They would not close out the burial account unless I gave them the funeral bill. I told them that they could look at 2 checks that cleared her account payable to funeral home. The manager told me she needed the funeral bill. I had to go back to my house taking 30 min. to bring the bill back to them. I presented it to the middleboro manager and told her I didn't want her to scan or copy the bill. She proceeded to scan the death certificate which is fine... then she took the funeral bill and scanned it after I told her I didn't want her to. This is disrespectful and outrageous. I will be closing ALL my accounts because of her behavior!It's been over a week and no one has contacted me about this.

The assistant manager (lady) is great. But the guy that is the manager of this branch sucks. Mutual bank tries to get away as with stuff. At least until you point out the rights you have legally and threaten to go to the bank commissioner. Then they make it right. Not good bank business in my mind. I no longer have an account here...

I'm my experience, they seriously mess up every single time you have to do something with your account. New debit card, I have to keep checking it works at the atm and go back in the bank and have it corrected. Removing one account, they removed all of them. You can't do something for your spouse with shared account , you both have to go in. You cannot call for each other, even when both names are on the Account. There's a problem at every branch. But in Middleboro, they are the friendliest. Changing banks soon anyways.

Always courteous and friendly service. They make an effort to know you. When I come in they know my name. Recommend highly.
