I was driving through a rotary in Cumberland RI, just off 295. A big Modern Towing truck (towing a very large FedEx truck) did not yield as he entered the rotary, causing me to have to slam on my brakes. Had there been a car behind me, the chances for an accident would have gone up exponentially. As the Modern Towing truck cut me off, the driver flipped me off with a smile on his face. I googled "Modern Towing" and called, asking to speak to someone about an experience I had with a driver. The man that answered my call was the same driver that dangerously cut me off and then rudely flipped me off. He initially told me to go f**k myself and then went on a tirade about how difficult it is to drive a big truck and how hard his job is. I let him angrily rant for a minute, then he dropped the attitude and stated "I'm calm now" and he eventually apologized for flipping me off. I wished him a safe and uneventful evening, and then I ended the call, not wanting an already careless and angry driver to be further distracted by talking on the phone while operating a giant truck towing another giant truck. I never swore at him, never flipped him off, and never raised my voice. You do you, but I would never hire anyone from this company for anything based on this experience alone. To the driver, (if you're reading this), please get the mental health and anger management help you so desperately need.

Crooks associated with Kensington place / Peabody properties.Update: took them to court with Peobody properties and we won!We were not parked illegally. We got all our towing fees refunded + interest.Mass law, section 120 D; "A vehicle can't be towed off of private property without written notice to the police chief" .Be an educated / informed person, it helps in life!

Responded quickly to an accident I was involved in on 495. Honest and straight forward. They quickly assessed the damage to my vehicle and let me know that my vehicle was drivable, but would tow it if I wanted them to. Additionally, they saw my 6 year old son was really upset and gave him a small matchbox tow truck to cheer him up. I can't say enough good things about these guys, thank you again!
