“We bought and prepaid for some tile at the wareham location for a pickup a few days later. When we arrived the store had sold them out from under us and we were left stranded- we were directed to the bridgewater store which we went to pick up the tile the next day. We went to customer service where we met with Salem- who immediately was apologizing for the experience and that she had heard this exact situation from the exact same store on more than one occasion-she immediately asked if she could do anything further for us, of which we said no we were just grateful to find the same tile for the same clearance rate- all I asked was that I get it loaded with a forklift cuz I had recently hurt my back, she asked if I was offloading it, which I was, so she said ok well since you had this issue and had to come all the way here if you’re ok with me delivering them in 6-7 days we can do it waive the fee because of the inconvenience, which saved me not only my back but time with my family I had already previously missed out on due to the experience at the other store. We didn’t ask for this. We would’ve been happy doing what we planned initially but she was keen enough to understand our relationship with HD had already been tarnished and she wanted to correct it, which she did, and we appreciate it greatly. Thank you Salem & the bridgewater store as a whole for assembling a conscientious team”
“I recently ran into a problem adapting some metal water lines to a hose adapter after three trips to home Depot an to no avail I called Lowe's in raynham they put me thru to plumbing were I spoke to a gentleman named Bill (not only did he speak English he also understood it ) he told me what I needed an said if I came down he would be there to show me an run me thru it took one trip great to have someone in the trade working in the department bill is a true asset to raynhams Lowe's”
“On 7/14 AM, the garden associate inside was helpful and interested in customer service and I resumed with products in hand. The cashier attending the outdoor register was not customer friendly. She looked discruntled and was out of place. I still acknowledged with a thank you, but silence was her reaction. Not everyone fits the job description. Therefore, four stars review.”
