I got good pricing, yet I'm not sure that I've ever experienced more Prejudice in my life. I've witnessed this man be so nice and welcoming to his customers that look like him. Yet as soon as I walk in the door. I'm being judged, he throws around my jewelry and dismisses my questions. The young lady that works with him is definitely more personable than he is.

This guy is really just stand up. I’m not rich, so when I invest in something, it’s important to me. Specifically, when I invest in something that has sentimental value… then it’s really really important to me. So here goes- long story short- I bought matching rings for my daughter and I. Not only did he add to my idea with his own- the rings came out absolutely gorgeous. I asked my boy in Florida who also happens to be a Jeweler in Boca Raton- he said “it’s amazing that he put this high level of quality work into a piece that financially wouldn’t benefit him much. I mean this is truly of the highest quality craftsmanship wise.” Here is the kicker- I gave him a budget that ranged between two dollar amounts. Not only did The rings came out better than I could have ever imagined- he then hit me with a price about half of the lower number I requested. The world is a rough place right now. At the risk of sounding melodramatic - I will just say that it’s nice that there are still people out there who not only take pride in what they do, but also go about it in a way that makes you feel like they truly cared more about helping you- than profiting from you. I will be doing business with him in the future, and recommend him positively in every way possible.

I can't say enough good things about this place.My wife has bought a couple of watches there. The second one broke a few months after the warranty had expired. She brought it to Gregory Scot for repair and they simply gave her a new one at no charge.More recently, the watch band on my watch broke. The watch is a sentimental gift from my son he purchased online and gave me a few years ago the night before his wedding. I went to Gregory Scot hoping to buy a new watch band only to learn that it was custom made and had to be purchased directly from the company online. They told me if I got the watch band they would put it on for me. I returned with the watch band and they put it on for me in a matter of minutes at no charge.Thank you, Gregory Scot.

A few years ago a small emerald stone fell out of my claddagh ring and I went to Gregory Scot to get a replacement stone. My father gave the ring to my mother in college and has sentimental value. We went over the options ultimately deciding on a tiny diamond (read: the words tiniest diamond) to replace the emerald because it would be more durable moving forward as a stronger stone. It cost me next to nothing, the service and guidance was excellent and I appreciated his time and expertise on a small job.
Today I was in the area and really needed to get my engagement ring cleaned. I wasn't sure if they were open during covid but I popped by and was so pleasantly surprised that they were - they had safety procedures posted on the wall, the staff the welcoming when I walked in, and they were able to clean my ring on the spot at no charge.
During the cleaning I was able to walk around the store and it seems like their collection is excellent. I wanted to share my two positive experiences over the last 5 year span. This is definitely a stand out business in the area.

Our family has been going to Greg Scot Jewelers for several years now, and we are always impressed with Scot's knowledge, professionalism, and great advice. If they don't have what you want in the store, Scot will be able to find what you are looking for, or even design a piece that is unique and personal. Highly recommended.

Scot & Maria are fantastic; I have been a customer for years now. Their customer care is beyond the ordinary, this is NOT a chain retail jewelry store. They get to know you, listen and help you find the best piece at a reasonable price. Also, they will educate you on the larger purchases (engagement/wedding rings as an example) in order for you to get the right item.
