“Kaelyn was very helpful. She was able to help me acquire the correct part that I needed for my bed frame to be able to attach a headboard. All I did was make a phone call to inquire about the item and she asked me to hold while she finished with another customer. Once she came back, she was very apologetic and professional. She looked up my bed frame based on a previous purchase at another location and set me up with the correct part and saved me money in the process. The phone transaction was the most seamless transaction that I ever made. Within 10 minutes the order was placed and a text was sent for the payment website. I don’t think it could have gone any smoother if I went in person to the store.”
