Best prices and customer service in the area. The owner/technician Adam knows how to work on any car you have, and he walks you through exactly where the prices come from. I’m a woman, and I don’t ever feel scammed coming to him!

Adam from Curtis Car Care did a great job at fixing my Honda and getting it done quickly so i could get to work on time. He was able to diagnose and repair all of the problems with my car. When i came to pick up my civic he walked me through and even showed me everything he did to fix my car. I highly recommend using him for all of your vehicle repair needs.

Adam did a great job handling my repair after my car wouldn't start one morning. The whole thing was done exactly when he said it would be and he kept me updated after he diagnosed the problem. He was easy to stay in touch with throughout the process and was never pushy. The pricing was very fair. I'll definitely be back the next time I have a problem.

Adam was great! The work took a little longer then expected, do to some minor complications but he kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure he could get the job done ASAP. I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Curtis Car Care, owned by a man named Adam. Let me start by saying that Adam is one of the rudest and meanest individuals I have ever encountered in the automotive industry. Not only did he provide terrible customer service, but he also attempted to scam me out of more money.From the moment I walked into the shop, Adam's demeanor was off-putting. He seemed disinterested and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. When I explained the issues I was having with my car, he barely listened and instead started suggesting unnecessary repairs that would cost me a fortune.It became clear to me that Adam's main goal was to squeeze as much money out of me as possible. He tried to convince me that my car needed extensive repairs, even though I had recently had it serviced elsewhere and knew that wasn't the case. It was evident that he was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars.Not only did Adam's attempts to scam me leave a sour taste in my mouth, but the quality of the work done at Curtis Car Care Automovie was subpar at best. The repairs that were actually necessary were done haphazardly, and I found myself having to return to the shop multiple times to fix the same issues. It was clear that Adam and his team lacked the necessary skills and expertise to properly service vehicles.To make matters worse, when I confronted Adam about the poor quality of the repairs and his attempts to overcharge me, he became even more hostile and unprofessional. He refused to take responsibility for his actions and instead resorted to personal attacks and insults. It was a truly unpleasant experience that left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of.In conclusion, I strongly advise against taking your car to Curtis Car Care Automovie. The owner, Adam, is not only rude and mean, but he also tries to scam customers out of their hard-earned money. The quality of the work done at this shop is subpar, and the overall customer service is abysmal. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable and trustworthy automotive service elsewhere.

Just left from getting our brakes done we are from Ohio and we got stuck here needing brakes. Curtis auto care took care of us when nobody else would it was open on a Sunday ! This is the place to be if you get in trouble in this area I would give this guy 10 stars if I could!!! great service great prices, great guy.
