On my way to the cape I heard an uncomfortable "thud" coming from under my van. Googled Bob's & drove there without calling. He stopped what he was doing to inspect my van, take it for a ride and ensure me it was safe to complete my trip. Asked for NO MONEY. Five stars! Thank you Bob!

Bob and his daughter were professional, kind, and extremely considerate to me. I was in a tough spot and they helped me, an out of stater, figure out the best options when my car was towed to their shop after a breakdown on I-495. I highly recommend them. Good people are out there!

This is what I call a diamond in the ruff! We have been looking for a reliable auto maintenance and repair shop for quite some time now, after a poor experience with another shop. We own a local service business with 10 trucks on the road. Bob's Auto, over the course of a year, has proven to be reliable, quick with repairs and maintenance, and reasonably priced. Great people.
