On my way to the cape I heard an uncomfortable "thud" coming from under my van. Googled Bob's & drove there without calling. He stopped what he was doing to inspect my van, take it for a ride and ensure me it was safe to complete my trip. Asked for NO MONEY. Five stars! Thank you Bob!
