Excellent Customer Service! Staff went above and beyond and far exceeded expectations. John installed a battery under warranty in 10 degrees freezing temperatures in less than 5 minutes at no cost to myself the customer. Car is running much better already! Wonderful experience! Highly recommended over any other parts store around!

Middleboro autozone is definitely super helpful and the staff in there really know how to problem solve. Raymond was the associate who helped trouble shoot/ solve my issue. Great location, they take care of their customers. Will be back.

I'm only giving 2 stars. The employee, Ariel, was extremely helpful, very informative, and knowledgeable. The issue was the Manager, Randy. He was not very professional towards his employees. The remarks said by him were not kind, and his statements were rude and very cocky. Thank you Ariel for all of your hard work and for showing that you care about the customers. It's obvious that you have a strong drive to help others. THAT GIRL NEEDS TO BE NOTICED!!!! You should find another manager though, because that man is not professional at all!
