Overnight parking available for a few trucks...appointment for 8am...checked in at 5:20AM...assigned door right away. Unloaded withing an hour. Half a truck load of t-shirts. No lumper fee.

To Dan Pantano,I loved this company until Covid started, but they keep raising prices even though gas and other industries have dropped their prices.I am a small business and I have been charging the same price for years because I don't have it in my heart to take from others and I still have a great life full of happiness and peace of mind.Not everyone has the resources to pay what most companies charge. I called to ask and their response made no sense hopefully this post helps.I've also had some uncomfortable situations with some employees who are probably just having a bad go at it.Im looking to use another company in the future unless this changes soon.

Very short on inventory. They sell to anyone, they Do Not Protect people in the trade, and if you use a p/o they solicit your customers the minute you leave...Very Greedy Company!!!

I ordered some crewnecks from this company. When I receive the order I noticed they were damaged. I didn’t worry because I know they would help me with sending out new products. I guess wrong, when I called customer service to let them know about the damaged sweaters they told me they could not take them back because the items were on clearance. Mind you I do enough business with they company to expect better from them. I can see why they were on Clarence. The sweaters look like they been thrown around the factory for months.

I've had it. Trying to order 250 tee shirts and it's like pulling teeth. This one tee shirt is located in six different locations within this company. Just placed the order and updating my credit card when I go to check out, it's changed. Go to view my order and now it's coming from two more locations adding to the shipping price. I do this for my own sanity. Instead of spending my days at the VA in a circle, I make shirts to help me relax. I called customer care, she was rude and ignorant, not helpful at all and didn't care about my concerns. This order is for a fundraiser so I'm doing it for nothing, so it's not easy when I have to pay an arm and a leg for shipping. I've done a lot of business through this company. Time to go else where.
