This rating is not for the store exactly but for Xfinity overall. When I am trying to reach out to someone so I can speak with them since I have a question I need to ask about my security since I have been getting multiple scam calls from “Xfinity” from legitimate numbers all “verified”, I have to go through multiple hurdles. As I am writing this I was not able to speak to anyone in over 30 minutes! It’s absurd! The machine keeps asking me irrelevant questions after I say multiple times I would like to speak to an agent. Why there is no option to speak to an agent is beyond me but it needs to change asap. I never write reviews but I had to for this one.

They are only good at selling, they do not help at all in solving customer problems. I do not recommend the place and much less the company. For a year now they have been charging me for a device that I never received and they do not want to refund my money, plus I paid for a device in full and they won't let me cancel the line.

Needed a replacement remote - greeted courteously by Eddie and Rod(?) and was handed a new remote in seconds. Went to another location previously where only one staff member was working and already a wait at 10 AM.

Been with Xfinity for two years and no complaints. Like their services and prices. I would personally recommend this company for all your internet needs.

Quick in and out. Only had a. Return to do ,but this location handled it quickly with no issues. Unlike the Seabrook NH location. Nice job xfinity leaving few locations and only one functions. Could have just set me up with a Return label and I would have shipped it.

Two guys hanging out chatting behind the check in desk, while 20 people wait for the two people actually working returning & exchanging equipment. Fun times here.

The store was well kept and I was greeted immediately upon arrival. It was a 5-minute wait on a Friday to see a rep which wasn't bad. I had an issue where the call center provided the wrong information and instructed me to come to the retail store. Maria at Xfinity was a good listener, excellent communicator, and able to find an acceptable solution to my iPhone 15 order mixup. Thanks to her, I went from an unsatisfied customer to a satisfied customer.

Returning items was a hassle, didn't help that the employees were rude too.

Go to verizon for internet. Cheaper and faster. These people were rude about an error on their end.
