New manager Matthew Russo is so unprofessional. Customer for 20+ years and shut down my accounts because I refused to share my tax returns when I don't have any mortgages there. Don't do business here you'll get screwed.

Honestly this is by far the worst TD Bank in the Merrimack Valley. Just bad service overall, the place is always a mess. Management is always super rude. Everyone just rather drive couple extra mins to the next TD location.

td banks discretion messed me up and caused me a fee from them and a fee from my car insurance. not good if its costing me money all because a bank cant wait for a few bucks.

They are don't explain the overdraft well and don't help you with anything you get out more confused I closed my account with them and now have a great place that tells me what it's actually happening with my account

I visited on a busy Friday, but Brandon Difo helped me right as I arrived so I didn't have to wait. He was absolutely WONDERFUL in helping me set up an account. He also gave great advice and let me know of different avenues to financially benefit with TD. Thanks Brandon!

This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with and have called corporate several times and no response. Jennifer E Cabral is most rudest person I have ever met. My father passed away from covid back in may 2020. she continues to be a problem, Jennifer filled out the paperwork herself to transfer everything into my mother's name.( that transaction was nightmare) fast forward to today. She will not accept a deposit from my mother (trustee) because my mother is using the same stamp with my father 's name. Now, why now ? Again, poor customer service .. I cannot wait to get out of this bank !!!! nothing will happen Jennifer IS THE WORST !!

My father and I just opened up my first bank account. We worked with Brandon DiFo and he was extremely helpful. I was very nervous, but he made it so easy and calm. He was very knowledgeable. Great experience.
