If I could give zero stars I would. The most shitty experience from the horrible management team instead of working together they work against each other. One of the workers there name Shane was trying to finish a transaction with one of the costumers and instead of the team leader or whatever her name is lulu or nunu trying to help him she causes a scene yelling at him to finish the transaction when that is literally is what he asking help for seems like she lost her common sense there. She handled the situation so unprofessional on top of that gave a snappy response to another customer that was confused if a register was open or not. If I were Michael who I believe is the supervisor I would fire people like her who don't add nothing to the table but negative ass energy. Shane on the other hand has been incredible holds lot of value and I hope he sees that the 16 dollars and hour is not enough for the shit his supposed coworkers give. Alright I was there tonight, I'm waiting to purchase my things and the girl works there her name was Phoenix once it was our turn she tells me and my girlfriend that she closed with a attitude and me and my girl looked confused and told her you couldn't tell us while we were in line way before that and we had to wait in another line and the best part she's rings out someone else right after us. And walks away and legit hides behind this wall and talking smack in Spanish saying people don't stop and there stupid haha I'm like seriously people like her shouldn't be working there at all period, she's better understand without people shopping you wouldn't have a job but the guy who rung us was awesome and great kid. That's why I gave it a 2 but he deserved a 5 management please address her and just have her do stock

Was in your store to look at T-shirts found a Star Wars one. Went in and found another t-shirt to wear to work. Your fitting rooms were closed. I realize that stores don't have enough employees. But at least the fitting rooms are opened.

Rude staff who insist on restocking during shopping hours. If this was an Amazon fulfillment warehouse, sure. However, shoppers beware. The management has made their priority apparent. The popcorn is better than the treatment you get here.

Do NOT I respect, DO NOT order anything online from this place!!!! They will take the money out of your account, and then you'll get a notice a couple hours later that the products Aren't in stock! So now you're out money until 5-7 business days until it clears with the bank! And don't bother trying to call corporate.. they will only say "sorry." Well, sorry my a*$! I will no longer support target. Ever!!!!

Horrible. My mom bought a Nikon camera off the site and had to go in store to pick it up. When they gave it to her, she noticed after a bit that the box seemed light. When she checked, the box was empty! When she told a staff, they accused her of stealing the camera! They gave her an empty box, then tried to say she stole it! Are you serious?! Such an unprofessional place. Maybe they should check if their own staff has something to do with that.

I asked for assistance at the Courtesy desk which makes this even more interesting the staff person told me that they've been told by the management Not to help Customers utilize coupons.I am 72 years old and could've use some help. I went to the Salem store and they were very helpful.

I do not like the cashier whose name is SETH, according to his name tag. He is very unfriendly. No personality. He did not even talk to me at all. He does not know how to have good customer relations. I asked him to put 2 ceramic bakeware on wrapping paper and he only shook his head meaning no. He did not even put the 2 items in the bag. I went to the courtesy desk to put a complaint against the cashier and she told me that she is going to speak to him. Even though, the manager said that he is new, that is not a good excuse. Either the employees are new or not, they still need to be very friendly to the customers. I went to one of the people at the courtesy desk and there was a very kind employee who took the time to wrap my 2 ceramic cookware. That cashier, SETH, truly needs to be terminated.

Cashier Alex was phenomenal! His personality flourished. He went above and beyond to make us feel special. He was respectable, clean, dressed according to code from top to bottom. He made sure to keep eye contact when talking and he used a clear, calm voice. He was very patient, although my friend and I could seem difficult at times. Overall, best employee I personally have ever encountered everywhere in my whole entire life.

I just want to express my sincere thanks to one of the staff(Target Pleasant Valley st, Methuen) a lady who was working at the customer service desk on 4th and 5th(sorry i can't remember the name guess because i was overexcited)who found my purse(with important documents and some cash in it) that i forgot in one of the bathrooms on 4th around 9pm since i had other stuff and she safely kept it. was nice to find this so honest and caring lady, whoever you are i hope you read this and know how much i appreciated and thanked God for such people like you in this world. For the store you lucky to have such a great and kind person in your team. Thank you

I go to this Methuen Target because it's the closest one to me but I've had it tonight. I went there to buy a couple of items and as always, there is a huge line that always keeps building up longer and longer. It's very common in this store because they don't put enough cashiers on the registers. Even when a line is building, I see other employees walk around like they have no clue in the world that there's a huge, unacceptable line building up. This Target, the one in Haverhill and also the one in Wilmington, MA need to be more up-to-date like the other Targets in the area (Lowell, MA, Salem, NH, Woburn, MA, Stoneham, MA, Nashua, NH) and put some goddamn self-checkout systems. More often than not, I am going there to buy just a couple items and have to wait endless amounts of time to buy stuff. Today, it took me 15 minutes to get through the line I was waiting in and I ended up going to another register at the end. They have a ton of Express checkouts (for 10 items or less) but in all my time going to this particular store, I have never once seen a cashier open up one of these lanes. I'm beyond livid after having spending all my time in line as always at this particular Target. SELF-CHECKOUTS PLEASE! Nuff said.

What a dump! They are short on merchandise and no self service register, and I am moving to Methuen, but since this dumpy store is already 5 miles away, I'll do 6.5 and go to Salem NH!

Store is pretty neat (usually). Went in today and I found it difficult to find a price. Employee was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. Went to the starbucks in Target. Employee was extremely nice but they didn't have iced coffee and ran out of a flavor. Little disappointed but this store is definitely cleaner and more organized than the walmart in methuen
