Went in there to sign up for two Samsung watches LTE ( stand alone ) for my Children to use for safety purposes. I ended up dealing with the most incompetent not only store manager, but also area manager.She gave us two watches that were not activated. Stating that these watches will become activated in a few hours. It took her three days to find out that Samsung standalone watches will not work without buying and activating Samsung phones, even though I told her from the first day that I called Corporate office, and they told me these watches will not work without phones. But she being a know it all, and so proud she would not admit She was wrong. She had the watches for three days without having the decency and competency to call me and tell me what I already knew, until I went to the store on the third day to inquire about the status of the watches , she would not come and face me. She sent one of the technicians to tell me that these watches will not work without buying an activating new Samsung phones..well done Miss Incompetent Manager, Well done T-Mobile.

Will overpromise on a monthly rate. Went into this T-Mobile about 6 weeks ago to get 4 new phones (iPhone 14) for $250/month. First bill, $375. Thankfully, T-Mobile corporate helped us out and honored the "dishonest" promise made by this T-Mobile location. We are actually still waiting on the manager of this location to give us a call due to the poor experience we had. 6+ weeks, no call.Follow up - new bill now $420/month. Still waiting for Richie Pena to give us a call back to resolve. Emailed the CEO. Will find out who the district manager is also.

Don't go to this store. We were exisiting T-Mobile customers and were looking for one new phone. Were talked into 4 new phones and internet for $250/month. 3 months later and our bill is over $400 per month and T Mobile corporate cannot help (got the bill down to $300/month) us because the store overpromised on the monthly rate. Stay far away from this store and Richie Pena. Liars!

Rich and Noelle refused to return a phone case because it was two days past the two weeks (hes disabled and unable to drive and i typically work 50-80 hrs a week and live 40 minutes away). Noelle treated my father and myself with absolute disrespect and insulted us to our face in front of other customers. Absolutely unbelievable the lack of professionalism shown by her. Also the manager talked to me through facetime for whatever reason, instead of actually being in the store. If you go here, dont expect to be treated like a human being. Speaking inappropriately to myself and my father in front of other customers shows the complete lack of compassion and humanity in Noelle.Edit: That response seems like he just ran “apology draft” through chatGPT

Unfortunately I waited over 30min just to speak to someone while I waited with my baby. They don’t follow an order of who got there first and prioritize other people.I ended up leaving after they took care of the person who got there after I arrived.

Tonight, I was about to enter the store and all of the sudden, the manager or the salesman, was very rude to me. He said in a very rude attitude, WE'RE CLOSED! Then, I shrugged my shoulders, meaning that is okay, then, I walked away. He should have been more polite to say, I AM SORRY, SIR, WE ARE CLOSED, then, I would say to him, NO PROBLEM, HAVE A GOOD NIGHT. Instead, that guy is very ignorant, very rude, and very impolite. He truly needs to be terminated from his job position, if he cannot be polite to customers. I won't return to that store, anymore. I am very disappointed and very disturbed. Shame on him!!!!!

My experience was horrible. The rep who attended to me is a dishonest human being. He included things on my plan and lied it was free. I paid for activation and still got billed.

The worst customer service ever receivedI pay for my 360 package and they tried to sell me a screen protector when I receive a free one every time my screen protector breaksThey even tried to sell me a new phone multiple timesThe worst part is they ordered me the wrong screen protectorI would never recommend this store to anyone

bad customer service. kept giving me the run around and didn't help me at the end. said the system didn't worked and refused to call customer care to at least help me in another way. switched carriers at the end and i am so happy at my new carrier. also this T-Mobile cant keep employee's.... new people always being hired. that says a lot.

t-mobile as a company, i like, been a customer for years. this particular store. avoid it. theres 2 others in methuen and some others close in nh. this store lost my replacement phone customer service had shipped there, and was just shrugging when i showed them the email. tried to say "that email that says the device is ready for pickup just means its shipped" customer service even called and got the same thing even though customer service saw that it was checked in.sticking with tmobile. but never going back into that store

Today I came in to only receive the new SIM card. Mike welcomed me and took the time to speak with me about upgrading to iPhone 12pro max. I am very happy with his knowledge and professionalism.
