We have used StoneOne Marble & Granite for multiple kitchens. Sylvana is great to work with and very knowledgeable. She guided us in the right direction with each piece and co-ordinating all aspects of the kitchen. Their installation crew is professional and does an amazing job. Our go to for all things countertops, backsplash and sinks.

I want to say right off that I am very satisfied with the Quartz tops I got for my kitchen and bathroom renovations. This review is about the poor customer service and the negative experience I had overall.We actually had used Stone One in a previous kitchen (new) job and everything had gone well. Given that experience, for this recent project I automatically went ahead with them. Initially, the process was very smooth, especially my first visit. However, for this project I had ordered a speciality sink that took several months to get delivered. They were accommodating to let me have the very heavy sink be delivered and kept at their location. However, as time went on I felt rushed to finalize things. Part of that had to do with the fact that they were initially pushing me towards the stone that they had in stock, which presumably has bigger margins for them. On one of my subsequent visits I happened to come across some Quartz samples from Cambria that they had not shown me before. I liked them a lot, and asked them if I could have some small samples for me to take home to assess, but was told I had to call the company (based in MN) and buy them. I did just that at a hefty price (relative to what the item was worth), and then they told me that Cambria actually had a full showroom in Massachusetts. I went there in short order and not only found the Quartz style and color I really liked, but at the showroom they were aghast that Stone One didn’t tell me about their facility right at the outset, and made me ‘buy’ the samples, when I could have gotten them for free at the showroom. This did not leave me with a good feeling; I could then tell that Stone One intended for me to just use their inventory and pushed me in that direction, and in a way impeded my selection process by not fully disclosing information.However, my real dissatisfaction and the reason for this negative review came at the very end. The installation went smoothly, but I noticed a small piece that was the cut out for the cooktop; this was part of the whole Quartz slab/counter being installed. I asked the installers if they could leave that small piece behind so I could use it as a sample for other parts of my project. They said yes, because it was to be thrown away in any case. I forgot to get that piece after the installation was complete, and when I called the sales person I was dealing with I was stunned that what she herself called ‘waste,’ I would have to pay an extra $150 to be made into a ‘cutting board.’ I did not want that, I just wanted the piece that everyone called ‘waste.’ She would not budge, and it really put the nickel-and-dime sheen on this business. She brought up some phony ‘policy’ for not giving away scrap or waste; it would be like a restaurant refusing to let you take home the leftovers. After spending thousands of dollars on two different projects, any other establishment would have been happy to oblige. Not Stone One; maybe they have a great relationship and pipeline with contractors and other customers and don’t need business from customers like me. They sure made me go from a satisfied customer to a very dissatisfied one, enough for me to write this elaborate review.Needless to say, I am not going to return.

We had our counters and island installed last summer and the workers were amazing; efficient, neat and so professional. Recently we had an issue with a small chip. I contacted the company and spoke with Jen. She was so helpful and arranged for a repair visit. 2 incredibly professional and talented men came yesterday and I am amazed with the quality of the repair. Many thanks to everyone at StoneOne for their exemplary attention to detail - Kim and Jen are so responsive, Tutte who I had such confidence in when making decisions, and the 3 men who installed our kitchen quartz were wonderfully focused, knowledgeable, and they left the kitchen so clean!! The seam at the sink is practically invisible! This company is a perfect choice!

My mom and I visited the show room in Methuen and everyone was very kind and helpful in choosing a replacement Quartz for our bathroom countertop. Kim was wonderful to work with. We are very satisfied with the design and quality. From placing the order, to measuring, to installation all happened within 3 weeks. The workmanship of the installation team was excellent. We have already recommended Stone One Marble & Granite to another friend.

I was looking for a granite or marble for my fireplace hearth and found this place during online search so I decided to stop there for see what they have for selection. When I arrived there there was a gentleman on the first floor who asked me if he can help me with something, once I told him what I was looking for he told me is has an appointment coming up in next few minutes so I should go to the second floor and find some other sales person to work with. When I went to the second floor there were to lady talking in on of the office, so I asked if they can help me, they asked me if I have an appointment, I told them I didn't know there was an appointment required to be help. So one of them told me she has someone coming up soon for an appointment but she can help me quickly. She gathered my contact information and what I was looking for. Her manager told her make sure she shows me the price first and if I am good with the price she can show me what they have for selection. I heard their conversation and waited outside for the sales person to come out, she showed me a printed estimate of granite for the size I had given her, she asked me if I am good with the price and is that in my budget. I have purchased natural stones before and was not familiar with the process of working with the price with and then they will show me what they have available. So I asked her is the price for all the stones the same as on the estimate regardless of which I end up selecting, she said yes and asked me again if I am good with that price on the estimate. I said yes and we looked at few granites which I didn't like so I asked to show me some marble then she told me if we are looking at marble now the price will be different then what is on the estimate.I just felt like the process of giving estimate and judging someone on how much they can spend and then take them out to show the selection was very unexpected for me.

Replaced our old granite countertops in the kitchen and bathroom with quartz. Kim, salesperson, was extremely helpful in identifying a quartz that is absolutely beautiful!Every person I interacted with including the template expert ,scheduler and installers were very professional and courteous. From start to finish, they did an amazing job and I would highly recommend this company for their excellent service and reasonable pricing.

Had a really good experience with Sal & team at StoneOne. I picked out the stone for my bathroom vanity top three (!) years ago. I did put down a deposit but I was still so impressed with how they were able to pick my project right back up recently and help me finalize. They were polite, communicated well, and the vanity top is absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely be working with them again for our next project!

Kim and the crew at StoneOne were very professional, yet personable. :) They all work together and help each other out. You don't see that very often. My experience was great, and I love my new counter tops! I recommend StoneOne!

Not only did Stone One have the best price for materials and labor, their staff was exceptional. The layout and installation was seamless and professional. Almost 4 years later the compound in one of the joints near the sink disintegrated. I called to ask what to use and instead they sent a crew to repair all joints at no cost! Something you don't hear much today OUTSTANDING COSTUMER SERVICE.

I recently moved to Georgetown. I wanted to change my kitchen countertop but had no car. After researching online, I got in touch with several granite installation companies. Kim at StoneOne was by far the nicest and most helpful person I spoke to. With her experience and knowledge, she patiently talked me through the process, and I was able to find just what I was looking for. We worked out every detail over several phone conversations and emails! Then she passed me on to Chris for scheduling, which went smoothly. When the installers came with the granite, they did an excellent job, really paying attention to all the details, and left me with a clean and professionally completed job. I love the granite more every day - it has totally upgraded my whole house! I highly recommend StoneOne!
