I had to take my car to SK Auto Body for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair. I had the pleasure of meeting Shadi Kassis. He was professional and friendly. The front left part of the bumper was unhinged. After looking at it, he snapped it back into place and then checked to make sure the hood opened and closed and that the hinges were not damaged. He assured me that all was well. I will be using SK Auto Body for any and all future bodywork. If the rest of the staff is as professional and friendly as Shadi, then this is where everyone should bring their autos.

It was refreshing to work with Shadi and Alexa. They are friendly and professional and guided us along the way, working directly with the insurance company and answering all of our questions. They also connected us with Xpress rental who simplified the process of obtaining alternate transportation. The level of technical expertise of the staff was evident in the fact that my wife's new car looked like a new car again!!!

Let me start by saying it’s a family business with excellent service. When I dropped of my truck off, Kassis was there to great me with a smile and hello. We both went over the damage and he explained what needed to be done and length of time it would take, I than entered the office where I was greeted by his sister Alexia, who also greeted me with a smile and hello. Alexia than took my vehicle information and name of insurance and claim #. They handled the rest, I got updated phone calls throughout the repair process. I honestly and sincerely can say
SK auto body shop is the best in Methuen and surrounding towns. Thanks again Kassis and Alexia you have made getting your vehicle fixed easy for people to do. Thanks again.

Shadi and Alexi are a pleasure to work with they fix the rust on my Ram 1500 and it looks brand new. Looks like when I first bought it 5 years ago. Amazing job!!!!

I can’t recommend sk enough. The team was prompt and professional with by far the best communication I have ever received when dealing with the auto industry.
